【摘要】：自從我國(guó)改革開(kāi)放后,經(jīng)濟(jì)與社會(huì)發(fā)展速度越來(lái)越快。但是經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展面臨廣大農(nóng)村地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展相對(duì)落后、城鄉(xiāng)差距不斷擴(kuò)大的問(wèn)題。在這種背景下,政府提出了轉(zhuǎn)化二元經(jīng)濟(jì)、發(fā)展城鄉(xiāng)一體化,構(gòu)建社會(huì)主義和諧社會(huì)的發(fā)展思路和戰(zhàn)略構(gòu)想。城鄉(xiāng)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)一體化是城鄉(xiāng)經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化發(fā)展過(guò)程中的重要紐帶和載體。城鄉(xiāng)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整是促進(jìn)城鄉(xiāng)經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化的重要途徑和區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的重要內(nèi)容,加快西部城鄉(xiāng)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)一體化調(diào)整及優(yōu)化既是促進(jìn)城鄉(xiāng)一體化,也是促進(jìn)整個(gè)西部經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展,提高綜合實(shí)力和競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的重要手段。關(guān)于產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整與城鄉(xiāng)統(tǒng)籌發(fā)展、城鎮(zhèn)化以及城市化方面的研究,目前在經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)領(lǐng)域關(guān)注頗多,但是把產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整與城鄉(xiāng)一體化二者相結(jié)合,探索二者之間的互動(dòng)發(fā)展關(guān)系的研究還很少,對(duì)城鄉(xiāng)一體化過(guò)程中產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行的研究也并不多見(jiàn)。隨著西部經(jīng)濟(jì)快速發(fā)展,經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)在不斷調(diào)整和優(yōu)化,城鄉(xiāng)一體化發(fā)展對(duì)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)提出新的要求,在此背景下西部產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)面臨一些新問(wèn)題,這些問(wèn)題對(duì)城鄉(xiāng)產(chǎn)業(yè)一體化發(fā)展產(chǎn)生制約,加快城鄉(xiāng)一體化產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整優(yōu)化刻不容緩,對(duì)此問(wèn)題進(jìn)行研究迫在眉睫。論文以中國(guó)云南為例,對(duì)云南城鄉(xiāng)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)一體化存在的主要問(wèn)題進(jìn)行分析,并就如何進(jìn)一步調(diào)整和優(yōu)化云南城鄉(xiāng)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)一體化進(jìn)行了探討。 本文首先介紹國(guó)內(nèi)外對(duì)于城鄉(xiāng)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整的研究狀況,然后對(duì)云南城鄉(xiāng)一體化產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)發(fā)展進(jìn)行整體和內(nèi)部的研究分析,并在分析過(guò)程中發(fā)現(xiàn)問(wèn)題,選取了全國(guó)十六個(gè)省直轄市和云南一并進(jìn)行實(shí)證分析,從經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展水平、環(huán)境、產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu),就業(yè)人口等方面選取指標(biāo),構(gòu)建產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整的評(píng)價(jià)體系,運(yùn)用因子分析法確定各省綜合得分,確定產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化的影響因素以及其各種的影響程度,根據(jù)實(shí)證結(jié)果從幾個(gè)方面對(duì)未來(lái)云南城鄉(xiāng)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)一體化優(yōu)化提出可行性建議：利用區(qū)位優(yōu)勢(shì)發(fā)展特色產(chǎn)業(yè)；發(fā)展旅游業(yè)和高新技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)；推進(jìn)城鄉(xiāng)產(chǎn)業(yè)對(duì)接等。
[Abstract]:Since China's reform and opening up, economic and social development is growing faster and faster. But the economic development is facing the problem that the economic development of the vast rural areas is relatively backward and the gap between urban and rural areas is widening. Under this background, the government put forward the development thought and strategic idea of transforming dual economy, developing urban-rural integration and constructing socialist harmonious society. The integration of urban and rural industrial structure is an important link and carrier in the process of urban and rural economic integration. The adjustment of urban and rural industrial structure is an important way to promote the integration of urban and rural economy and the important content of the strategy of regional economic development. Speeding up the adjustment and optimization of the industrial structure of urban and rural areas in western China is to promote the integration of urban and rural areas. It is also an important means to promote the economic development of the whole western region and to improve the comprehensive strength and competitiveness. The research on industrial structure adjustment and urban-rural overall development, urbanization and urbanization has been paid much attention to in the field of economics, but it combines the adjustment of industrial structure with the integration of urban and rural areas. There are few researches on the relationship between them and the industrial structure in the process of urban-rural integration. With the rapid development of the western economy and the continuous adjustment and optimization of the economic structure, the development of urban and rural integration has put forward new requirements for the industrial structure. Under this background, the western industrial structure is facing some new problems. These problems restrict the development of urban-rural industrial integration and accelerate the adjustment and optimization of the industrial structure of urban-rural integration. Taking Yunnan Province of China as an example, this paper analyzes the main problems existing in the integration of urban and rural industrial structure in Yunnan Province, and probes into how to further adjust and optimize the integration of urban and rural industrial structure in Yunnan Province. This paper first introduces the domestic and international research on the adjustment of urban and rural industrial structure, and then carries on the overall and internal research and analysis on the development of the industrial structure of urban and rural integration in Yunnan, and finds out the problems in the process of analysis. This paper selects 16 provinces and municipalities directly under the Central Government of China and Yunnan to carry out empirical analysis together, selects indicators from the level of economic development, environment, industrial structure, employment population, etc., and constructs an evaluation system for industrial structure adjustment. Using factor analysis method to determine the comprehensive scores of provinces, determine the impact factors of industrial structure optimization and its various impact degree, According to the empirical results, some feasible suggestions are put forward to optimize the integration of urban and rural industrial structure in Yunnan in the future: to develop characteristic industries by using regional advantages; to develop tourism and high-tech industries; and to promote the integration of urban and rural industries, and so on.
