【摘要】：正我們常說,中國的發(fā)展離不開亞太,亞太的發(fā)展離不開中國。過去30多年,中國與亞太的發(fā)展相伴相隨,相互促進,共同開啟了亞太發(fā)展的新時期。20世紀70年代末、80年代初,當中國剛剛啟動改革開放進程的時候,太平洋地區(qū)開始醞釀并成立了太平洋經濟合作理事會(PECC)。共同的使命將中國和亞太地區(qū)各經濟體聯系了起來,中國順理成章地加入了PECC。90年代初,中國加入亞太經濟合作組織(APEC),促進了改革開放的進程,
[Abstract]:We often say that China's development can not be separated from the Asia-Pacific region, and the development of the Asia-Pacific region cannot be separated from China. Over the past 30 years and more, the development of China and the Asia-Pacific region has accompanied and promoted each other, thus jointly opening up a new period of Asia-Pacific development. The late 1970s and early 1980s, when China had just started the process of reform and opening up, The Pacific region began to develop and set up the Pacific Economic Cooperation Council (PECC). The common mission has linked China with the economies of the Asia-Pacific region. China naturally joined the PECC.90 early in the early years, and China joined the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC), thus promoting the process of reform and opening up.
