【摘要】：正2014年11月6日,習(xí)近平主持召開中央財經(jīng)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)小組第八次會議時指出,發(fā)起并同一些國家合作建立亞洲基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施投資銀行是要為"一帶一路"有關(guān)沿線國家的基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)提供資金支持,促進經(jīng)濟合作。設(shè)立絲路基金是要利用我國資金實力直接支持"一帶一路"建設(shè)。民生證券研究院執(zhí)行院長管清友認(rèn)為,頂層設(shè)計"一帶一路",這是繼第六次能源安全戰(zhàn)略,第七次創(chuàng)新驅(qū)動發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略會議之后,中央財經(jīng)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)小組專題討論我國全面開放國家戰(zhàn)略。我們認(rèn)為,近日傳言"中國版的
