【摘要】：創(chuàng)新型城市(縣、區(qū))培育是"十三五"山西推動創(chuàng)新驅(qū)動戰(zhàn)略的重要舉措。立足山西創(chuàng)新實際,比照國家對創(chuàng)新型城市具體要求,借鑒浙江、陜西等兄弟省份經(jīng)驗,我們提出了創(chuàng)新型城市(縣、區(qū))培育的遠景規(guī)劃和基本原則,并凝練出六大戰(zhàn)略重點工程。
[Abstract]:The cultivation of innovative cities (counties and districts) is an important measure to promote innovation-driven strategy in Shanxi during the Thirteenth five-year Plan. Based on the reality of innovation in Shanxi, in accordance with the specific requirements of the state for innovative cities, and drawing on the experiences of Zhejiang, Shaanxi and other brotherly provinces, we put forward the long-term plan and basic principles for fostering innovative cities (counties and districts). And condensed out six strategic key projects.
