【摘要】：“走出去”戰(zhàn)略實施的十余年來,中國繼成為世界貿易大國之后,又成為了資本輸出大國。雖然中國目前的對外直接投資存量中,發(fā)達國家所占的比例還較小,但根據商務部最新數據,2012年1月至7月中國對歐美的投資總額占對外直接投資總額的比例已經超過了50%。中國的進出口則對發(fā)達國家依賴度很高,并且存在貿易順差大以及貿易摩擦多等問題。無論是對外直接投資還是對外貿易,發(fā)達國家都是中國最重要的合作伙伴。對外直接投資和對外貿易是進行國際經濟往來的兩種基本方式,要想更好地融入世界經濟、與發(fā)達國家的經濟合作有長足的發(fā)展,就需要研究分析這兩種方式之間的關系,做到相互促進,有利于更好地開展國際經濟往來。在對直接投資的貿易效應的研究中,以中國這樣的發(fā)展中大國向發(fā)達國家的逆投資為研究對象的比較少。已有的對外直接投資貿易效應的研究側重于研究發(fā)達國家對發(fā)展中國家的直接投資,主要的結論有替代效應、互補效應以及綜合效應等。本文以中國對發(fā)達國家的直接投資為對象,選取了美國、加拿大、澳大利亞等20個國家作為發(fā)達國家樣本,利用2003-2010年我國對該20個國家的投資和貿易數據,借助引力模型與廣義最小二乘法模型,分別從出口和進口研究了中國對發(fā)達國家直接投資的貿易效應。并進一步縮小視角,研究分析了主要制造業(yè)中,中國對發(fā)達國家直接投資的貿易效應。研究結果表明,無論從整體的進出口貿易來看還是從制造業(yè)的進出口貿易來看,我國向發(fā)達國家直接投資對我國與該類國家的進口和出口都具有創(chuàng)造效應,對外直接投資和對外貿易之間都具有顯著的相關性。主要制造業(yè)領域的直接投資貿易效應小于整體直接投資的貿易效應,直接投資對進口的促進作用大于對出口的促進作用。對發(fā)達國家投資的該種貿易效應,開辟了緩解貿易失衡的新途徑。我國可利用對外直接投資對進口和出口的不對等創(chuàng)造性,通過擴大對發(fā)達國家的對外直接投資,更加有力地促進我國的進口,從而緩和我國與發(fā)達國家之間的貿易失衡現狀。發(fā)展對外直接投資是中國發(fā)展對外經濟的一個重要任務,“十二五規(guī)劃”也指出,要加快企業(yè)“走出去”的步伐,完善跨部門協(xié)調機制。因此中國應該迎接對外直接投資所面臨的機遇與挑戰(zhàn),進一步擴大發(fā)展對外直接投資,特別是要使對發(fā)達國家的直接投資可持續(xù)、健康發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:In the more than 10 years since the implementation of the "going out" strategy, China has become a major trading country in the world and a large capital exporter. Although the proportion of China's current stock of foreign direct investment is still relatively small, the developed countries still account for a relatively small proportion. However, according to the latest figures from the Ministry of Commerce, from January 2012 to July, China's total investment in Europe and the United States has exceeded 50 percent of the total amount of foreign direct investment. China's imports and exports are highly dependent on developed countries. And there are many problems such as large trade surplus and many trade frictions. Whether it is foreign direct investment or foreign trade, Both developed countries are China's most important partners. Foreign direct investment and foreign trade are the two basic ways of conducting international economic exchanges. To better integrate into the world economy, economic cooperation with developed countries has developed rapidly. There is a need to study and analyse the relationship between the two approaches in order to promote each other and facilitate better international economic interaction. In the study of the trade effects of direct investment, The research on the adverse investment from large developing countries to developed countries is less. The existing studies on the effects of foreign direct investment have focused on the study of direct investment from developed countries to developing countries. The main conclusions are substitution effect, complementary effect and comprehensive effect. This paper takes China's direct investment in developed countries as the object, including the United States, Canada, Australia and other 20 countries as the sample of developed countries. Using the data of China's investment and trade in these 20 countries from 2003 to 2010, with the help of gravity model and generalized least square model, this paper studies the trade effects of China's direct investment in developed countries from export and import, and further narrows the perspective. This paper analyzes the trade effects of China's direct investment in developed countries in the main manufacturing industries. The results show that, in terms of the overall import and export trade as well as the import and export trade of the manufacturing industry, China's direct investment in developed countries has a creative effect on its imports and exports as well as on those countries. There is a significant correlation between foreign direct investment and foreign trade. The trade effect of direct investment in major manufacturing sectors is smaller than that of overall direct investment. The effect of direct investment on imports is greater than that on exports. The trade effect of investment in developed countries has opened up a new way to alleviate the trade imbalance. China can take advantage of the inequity of foreign direct investment in imports and exports. Through the expansion of foreign direct investment to developed countries, we will be able to promote China's imports more effectively. In order to ease the trade imbalance between China and the developed countries, the development of foreign direct investment is an important task for China to develop its foreign economy. The 12th Five-Year Plan also points out that it is necessary to speed up the pace of enterprises'"going out". Therefore, China should meet the opportunities and challenges faced by foreign direct investment and further expand the development of foreign direct investment, especially to make direct investment in developed countries sustainable and healthy.
