【摘要】：20世紀70年代以來科技的進步，促進了我國一大批高新技術企業(yè)的誕生和發(fā)展，而高新區(qū)也逐步成為了高新技術企業(yè)聚集的地理載體。產(chǎn)業(yè)集群是目前國際上最熱的一種經(jīng)濟現(xiàn)象，，同時也是經(jīng)濟學家爭相研究的焦點。因此，以產(chǎn)業(yè)集群理論來研究高新區(qū)的發(fā)展也成了炙手可熱的話題。 近幾年來，我國的高新區(qū)經(jīng)濟、產(chǎn)業(yè)等各個方面發(fā)展迅速，我認為，將產(chǎn)業(yè)集群理論引入到高新區(qū)的研究，不僅可以加快高新區(qū)的經(jīng)濟發(fā)展，還能在高新區(qū)內(nèi)形成新的經(jīng)濟增長點。本文在閱讀了國內(nèi)外大量文獻后，結(jié)合蕪湖高新區(qū)的發(fā)展特點和發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀，作出了以下系統(tǒng)分析，文章內(nèi)容大體如下： 首先闡述了高新區(qū)與產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的理論基礎，回顧并列舉了國內(nèi)外的高新區(qū)理論和產(chǎn)業(yè)集群理論，并通過分析二者之間的聯(lián)系得出小結(jié)，進而闡述了高新區(qū)與產(chǎn)業(yè)集群理論的關聯(lián)機理。其次，由以上的理論基礎轉(zhuǎn)入對蕪湖高新區(qū)發(fā)展的實證分析，概述了蕪湖高新區(qū)的發(fā)展狀況，分析了蕪湖高新區(qū)產(chǎn)業(yè)集群發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀，并總結(jié)了蕪湖高新區(qū)產(chǎn)業(yè)集群發(fā)展的特點和現(xiàn)有競爭者的情況，并根據(jù)合蕪蚌三個高新區(qū)產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的發(fā)展做模糊評價分析，并得出蕪湖高新區(qū)處于成長階段的結(jié)論及其現(xiàn)階段存在的問題。再次，通過對蕪湖高新區(qū)的資本投入、勞動力投入對園區(qū)產(chǎn)出的影響，做多元回歸分析，闡述了兩因素對園區(qū)企業(yè)集聚效應的影響，并得出蕪湖高新區(qū)產(chǎn)業(yè)集群發(fā)展的政策啟示。然后，本文對蕪湖高新區(qū)產(chǎn)業(yè)集群進行了實證研究，得出了SWOT矩陣，并詳細闡述了蕪湖高新區(qū)發(fā)展的優(yōu)勢、劣勢及其面臨的機會和威脅。最后，提出了針對提高蕪湖高新區(qū)產(chǎn)業(yè)集群發(fā)展水平的建議：政府不斷地鼓勵創(chuàng)新型企業(yè)發(fā)展，提高高新區(qū)的創(chuàng)新能力；從創(chuàng)新、環(huán)境等各個方面切實提高集群的發(fā)展水平；在培育高新區(qū)內(nèi)生競爭力的同時，也加強了高新區(qū)的外生競爭力。
[Abstract]:Since 1970s, the progress of science and technology has promoted the birth and development of a large number of high-tech enterprises in China. Industrial cluster is one of the hottest economic phenomena in the world at present, and it is also the focus of economists' studies. Industrial cluster theory to study the development of high-tech zones has become a hot topic. In recent years, China's high-tech zones have developed rapidly in various aspects, such as economy and industry. I think that introducing the theory of industrial clusters into the research of high-tech zones can not only speed up the economic development of high-tech zones, After reading a large number of documents at home and abroad, combining the development characteristics and current situation of Wuhu Hi-tech Zone, this paper makes the following systematic analysis. The content of the article is as follows:. First of all, the theoretical basis of high-tech zones and industrial clusters is expounded, and the theories of high-tech zones and industrial clusters at home and abroad are reviewed and enumerated, and a summary is drawn by analyzing the relationship between the two. Secondly, from the above theoretical basis to the empirical analysis of the development of Wuhu high-tech zone, summarized the development situation of Wuhu high-tech zone. This paper analyzes the present situation of the industrial cluster development in Wuhu High-tech Zone, summarizes the characteristics of the industrial cluster development and the existing competitors' situation, and makes a fuzzy evaluation analysis according to the development of the industrial clusters of the three high-tech zones of Hewu clam. And draw the conclusion that Wuhu Hi-tech Zone is in the growing stage and the existing problems at the present stage. Thirdly, through the influence of the capital input and labor input on the park output, we make multiple regression analysis. This paper expounds the influence of two factors on the agglomeration effect of enterprises in the park, and draws the policy enlightenment of the industrial cluster development of Wuhu Hi-tech Zone. Then, this paper makes an empirical study on the industrial cluster of Wuhu Hi-tech Zone, and obtains the SWOT matrix. The advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and threats faced by Wuhu Hi-tech Zone are described in detail. Finally, suggestions for improving the development level of industrial clusters in Wuhu Hi-tech Zone are put forward: the government constantly encourages the development of innovative enterprises. Improve the innovation ability of high-tech zones; from the innovation, environment and other aspects to improve the development level of clusters; while cultivating the endogenous competitiveness of high-tech zones, but also strengthen the external competitiveness of high-tech zones.
