【摘要】：文章基于產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移的影響因素進(jìn)行綜合評價體系的構(gòu)建,運用客觀的熵值賦權(quán)法為影響因素賦權(quán)加總得到不同區(qū)域的產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移綜合指數(shù)與差異,再通過影響因素與綜合指數(shù)暗含的投入---產(chǎn)出關(guān)系構(gòu)造出DEA產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移績效值進(jìn)行排序;并集合各個影響因素進(jìn)行因子篩選出對產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移具有因果關(guān)系的敏感性指標(biāo),并以其實現(xiàn)對三個區(qū)域的產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移對象進(jìn)行產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移針對性的政策建議。
[Abstract]:This paper constructs a comprehensive evaluation system based on the influencing factors of industrial transfer, and obtains the comprehensive index and difference of industrial transfer in different regions by using the objective entropy weighting method to sum up the weighting of the influencing factors. Then through the influence factor and the comprehensive index implied input-output relation, constructs the DEA industry transfer performance value to carry on the ranking, and gathers each influence factor to carry on the factor screening to have the causality sensitivity index to the industrial transfer, And with it to realize the industrial transfer of the three regions targeted policy recommendations.
