【摘要】：正中國的市場化改革走過了36個年頭。當(dāng)前改革已經(jīng)進(jìn)入深水區(qū),舊有紅利釋放進(jìn)入衰減期,社會矛盾進(jìn)入集中爆發(fā)期。而中國特有的多重城鄉(xiāng)二元結(jié)構(gòu)長期存在和不斷固化,正是產(chǎn)生這些問題的重要原因。在全面深化改革的大背景下,若要完成GDP年均增速7%左右的任務(wù),全面縮小城鄉(xiāng)差距進(jìn)而化解社會矛盾,那么,釋放中國尤其是西部農(nóng)村的增長潛力,實現(xiàn)西部城鄉(xiāng)統(tǒng)籌發(fā)展,建立西部城鄉(xiāng)
[Abstract]:China's market-oriented reform has gone through 36 years. The current reform has entered deep water areas, the release of old dividends into the decay period. Social contradictions have entered a period of concentrated outbreak, and China's unique dual structure of urban and rural areas has long existed and solidified, which is an important reason for these problems. Under the background of deepening the reform in an all-round way. If we want to complete the annual GDP growth rate of about 7%, reduce the gap between urban and rural areas and resolve social contradictions, then, release the growth potential of China, especially the western rural areas, and realize the overall development of urban and rural areas in western China.
