【摘要】：改革開放以來，伴隨著經(jīng)濟的高速發(fā)展和改革的進一步深化，我國人民的生活水平有了大幅度的提高，但同時我國城鄉(xiāng)居民收入差距卻在不斷擴大，各區(qū)域的城鄉(xiāng)收入差距已經(jīng)形成了一定的梯度差異。這種城鄉(xiāng)收入差距的區(qū)域差異性存在，嚴重阻礙了我國全面建設(shè)小康社會目標的實現(xiàn)以及制約社會和諧穩(wěn)定的發(fā)展大局，成為我國迫切需要解決的一個現(xiàn)實問題，本文定量分析了我國城鄉(xiāng)收入差距的區(qū)域差異，并對區(qū)域差異的原因及影響因素進行了實證探究。 本文闡述了城鄉(xiāng)收入差距的內(nèi)涵及其度量方法，對比選擇了泰爾指數(shù)法來衡量城鄉(xiāng)收入差距，，分析了城鄉(xiāng)收入差距形成的機理，對城鄉(xiāng)收入差距的理論進行了綜述。在此基礎(chǔ)上，測算了我國東部地區(qū)、中部地區(qū)及西部地區(qū)的城鄉(xiāng)收入差距泰爾指數(shù)，并利用動態(tài)因子模型的狀態(tài)空間形式以及卡爾曼濾波原理，對我國城鄉(xiāng)收入差距泰爾指數(shù)進行了分解，得到了城鄉(xiāng)收入差距區(qū)域共同因子、東部特質(zhì)因子、中部特質(zhì)因子、西部特質(zhì)因子序列，對各區(qū)域城鄉(xiāng)收入差距區(qū)域共同因子及特質(zhì)因子的貢獻率水平進行了測度。結(jié)合前文的城鄉(xiāng)收入差距影響機理分析以及數(shù)據(jù)的科學(xué)性、合理性及可得性，選取了城市化水平、經(jīng)濟發(fā)展程度、產(chǎn)業(yè)機構(gòu)情況、人力資本因素以及金融發(fā)展水平五個指標來構(gòu)建影響城鄉(xiāng)收入差距區(qū)域共同因子及特質(zhì)因子的影響因素，再對這些影響因素在全國及各區(qū)域的現(xiàn)狀進行描述分析的基礎(chǔ)上，通過動態(tài)因子模型對區(qū)域城鄉(xiāng)收入差距共同因子及東部、中部、西部城鄉(xiāng)收入差距特質(zhì)因子進行了實證分析，分別得到了區(qū)域共同因子及各區(qū)域特質(zhì)因子各指標因素的影響系數(shù)序列，并通過VAR方法得出了區(qū)域共同因子及各區(qū)域影響因素的貢獻率水平，對實證結(jié)果進行了分析與闡述。 根據(jù)實證結(jié)果，從各影響因素角度出發(fā)給出了縮小城鄉(xiāng)收入差距區(qū)域差異性的建議。同時，從全國縮小城鄉(xiāng)收入差距區(qū)域差異性的角度出發(fā)，提出了縮小各區(qū)域城鄉(xiāng)收入差距以及統(tǒng)籌不同區(qū)域發(fā)展的政策建議。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, with the further deepening of the rapid development of economy and the reform of our country, people's living standard has been greatly improved, but at the same time, the urban-rural income gap in China is growing, the regional income gap between urban and rural areas have formed a gradient difference. The regional differences of the income gap between urban and rural areas, seriously hindered the development of China's overall goal of building a well-off society and realize the restriction of social harmony and stability, has become a real problem in our country is urgent needs to solve, this paper quantitatively analyzes the regional differences of China's urban-rural income gap, causes and influencing factors of the regional difference and made an empirical research.
This paper expounds the connotation of urban-rural income gap and its measurement method, comparison method of the Theil index to measure the income gap between urban and rural areas, analyzes the forming mechanism of the income gap between urban and rural areas, the income gap between urban and rural areas of the theory are reviewed. On this basis, estimates the Theil index of the eastern region of China, the income gap between urban and rural area in central and western regions, and the use of dynamic factor model in state space form and Calman filtering principle, the urban-rural income gap in China Theil index was decomposed to obtain the income gap between urban and rural areas of common factor, Eastern trait factor, central trait factor, Western trait factor sequence for each region, the income gap between urban and rural areas and the characteristics of common factor contribution factor the rate was measured. Combined with the income gap between urban and rural influence mechanism analysis and data science, rationality and availability, Select the city level, the level of economic development, industrial structure, human capital and financial development level of the five indexes to construct the influencing factors of the income gap between urban and rural areas of common factor and trait factors, and the impact of these factors on the national and the regional status quo based on the analysis of the description, the central dynamic factor model the income gap between urban and rural areas in eastern, Western and common factors, the income gap between urban and rural characteristics factor by empirical analysis, obtained coefficient sequence influence regional common factors and regional characteristics factor of each index, and through the VAR method to get the level of regional common factors and regional factors affecting the contribution of the empirical results the analysis and elaboration.
According to the empirical results, from the perspective of the influence factors of narrowing the income gap between urban and regional differences. At the same time, from the point of view of the income gap between urban and rural areas of regional differences in the point of view, put forward the income gap between urban and rural areas and reduce the overall policy recommendations of different regional development.
