【摘要】：中國傳統(tǒng)文化作為能夠全面適應(yīng)、深入表達和廣泛體現(xiàn)中國傳統(tǒng)社會、政治、經(jīng)濟關(guān)系的封建的思想文化,是以奴隸社會和封建社會的自然經(jīng)濟以及血緣宗法、族法內(nèi)在精神為根基,以維護統(tǒng)治階級為目的的。傳統(tǒng)文化的價值取向和內(nèi)在的根本統(tǒng)一性是靠嚴酷的封建秩序“禮”來維護統(tǒng)治階級的利益。隨著歷史幾千年的社會發(fā)展,它不斷激發(fā)著人的社會責(zé)任感、愛國主義情懷,不斷凝聚著民族向心力,其中許多內(nèi)容至今仍對現(xiàn)代社會和現(xiàn)代管理產(chǎn)生著巨大影響。中國傳統(tǒng)文化及管理思想既包含積極的一面,也包含其消極的一面。 同中國相比,西方管理學(xué)是將完善管理方法以及不同時期內(nèi)的實踐活動,并側(cè)重實際操作結(jié)果,而我國進行管理時多側(cè)重于對于人管理和分配,因而可控制的標(biāo)準不明確,但從另一個角度上看更具柔韌性。當(dāng)下,我們普遍倡導(dǎo)“經(jīng)營人性”,在開始思慮并研究其內(nèi)涵時需將“人性”這根本意義作為基礎(chǔ),這樣才能充分認知可持續(xù)發(fā)展以及行政管理良好的運行模式。因此,在建立有中國特色的現(xiàn)代管理模式的過程中,我們不僅可以學(xué)習(xí)西方制度化管理的優(yōu)勢,實施組織化、科學(xué)化管理,還要吸取中國傳統(tǒng)文化及我國管理思想的精髓,“古為今用,洋為中用”。如今,我們必須面對這個具有現(xiàn)實性且亟待解決的課題,即如何充分利用并發(fā)揮資源的價值。我們必須結(jié)合中國傳統(tǒng)文化與現(xiàn)代管理的各自特點,取長補短,以傳統(tǒng)文化為內(nèi)在涵義,以現(xiàn)代管理科學(xué)為手段,從我國社會主義現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)的實際和中國人的思維方式出發(fā),建立具有自身特征的“中國式管理”,才能在當(dāng)下的現(xiàn)代行政管理領(lǐng)域利于不敗之地。道理很容易理解,管理必須以我國人民的幸福感和自身價值觀為基礎(chǔ),這樣才能成功。
[Abstract]:Chinese traditional culture, as a feudal ideology and culture which can fully adapt, deeply express and widely embody the relationship among Chinese traditional society, politics and economy, is based on the natural economy of slave society and feudal society, as well as the inherent spirit of kinship patriarchal clan law and clan law, with the purpose of safeguarding the ruling class. The value orientation and inherent fundamental unity of traditional culture rely on the harsh feudal order "propriety" to safeguard the interests of the ruling class. With the social development of thousands of years, it constantly stimulates people's sense of social responsibility, patriotism and national centripetal force, many of which still have a great impact on modern society and modern management. Chinese traditional culture and management thought contain both positive and negative aspects. Compared with China, western management will improve the management methods and practical activities in different periods, and focus on the practical results, while the management in our country will focus on the management and distribution of people, so the controllable standards are not clear, but from another point of view, it is more flexible. At present, we generally advocate "management human nature". When we begin to think about and study its connotation, we should take the fundamental meaning of "human nature" as the basis, so as to fully understand the sustainable development and the good operation mode of administrative management. Therefore, in the process of establishing a modern management model with Chinese characteristics, we can not only learn the advantages of institutionalized management in the West, implement organizational and scientific management, but also absorb the essence of Chinese traditional culture and Chinese management thought. Nowadays, we must face this realistic and urgent problem, that is, how to make full use of and give full play to the value of resources. We must combine the characteristics of Chinese traditional culture and modern management, learn from each other, take traditional culture as the internal meaning, take modern management science as the means, proceed from the reality of socialist modernization construction and the mode of thinking of Chinese people, and establish "Chinese-style management" with its own characteristics in order to be invincible in the field of modern administration at present. It is easy to understand that management must be based on the well-being of our people and their own values in order to succeed.
