【摘要】：隨著政治經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展和社會(huì)的進(jìn)步,政府審計(jì)機(jī)關(guān)的工作范圍進(jìn)一步擴(kuò)大,背負(fù)的期望也越來(lái)越高。這要求審計(jì)人員不僅要掌握基本的財(cái)務(wù)知識(shí),還要具備計(jì)算機(jī)、環(huán)境、土木、宏觀經(jīng)濟(jì)等方面的綜合知識(shí),成為復(fù)合型審計(jì)人才。就當(dāng)前情況來(lái)看,很多審計(jì)人員并不能滿足這一要求,因此對(duì)審計(jì)人員進(jìn)行教育培訓(xùn)很有必要。本文旨在探討如何建立完善政府審計(jì)機(jī)關(guān)的人才培訓(xùn)機(jī)制以達(dá)到提高審計(jì)人才綜合能力這一目標(biāo)。
[Abstract]:With the development of politics and economy and the progress of society, the scope of work of government audit institutions is further expanded, and the expectations of government audit institutions are getting higher and higher. This requires auditors not only to master basic financial knowledge, but also to have comprehensive knowledge of computer, environment, civil engineering, macro-economy and so on, and become compound audit talents. As far as the current situation is concerned, many auditors are unable to meet this requirement, so it is necessary to educate and train auditors. The purpose of this paper is to explore how to establish and perfect the talent training mechanism of government audit institutions in order to improve the comprehensive ability of audit talents.
