【摘要】：全球經(jīng)濟(jì)已經(jīng)進(jìn)入了信息經(jīng)濟(jì)時(shí)代,科學(xué)技術(shù)對于各國的競爭地位來說至關(guān)重要。中國是技術(shù)的需求大國,美國是信息技術(shù)領(lǐng)域的領(lǐng)軍代表,兩國的高技術(shù)產(chǎn)品貿(mào)易關(guān)系到其政治經(jīng)濟(jì)實(shí)力對比。中美高技術(shù)產(chǎn)品貿(mào)易蓬勃發(fā)展,這是值得肯定的好現(xiàn)象。但是,通過分析發(fā)現(xiàn),中美高技術(shù)產(chǎn)品貿(mào)易不符合傳統(tǒng)比較優(yōu)勢貿(mào)易理論,中美貿(mào)易分工地位不合理。 本文通過對中國高技術(shù)產(chǎn)品進(jìn)出口情況、美國高技術(shù)產(chǎn)品進(jìn)出口情況進(jìn)行分析,得出中美是彼此重要的高技術(shù)產(chǎn)品貿(mào)易伙伴,且中美高技術(shù)產(chǎn)品貿(mào)易持續(xù)擴(kuò)大,且一直處于順差。運(yùn)用統(tǒng)計(jì)描述的方法對中美高技術(shù)產(chǎn)品貿(mào)易結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行分析,并計(jì)算了中美高技術(shù)產(chǎn)品的ARCA指數(shù),得出在中美高技術(shù)產(chǎn)品貿(mào)易順差主要集中在計(jì)算機(jī)與通信技術(shù)類產(chǎn)品和光電技術(shù)產(chǎn)品上,具有相對較低的技術(shù)含量及附加值和加工貿(mào)易的特點(diǎn)。通過對貿(mào)易政策的政治經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)分析,闡明美國對華貿(mào)易政策的扭曲對中美高技術(shù)產(chǎn)品貿(mào)易失衡的影響；全面客觀地分析了導(dǎo)致中美貿(mào)易順差的內(nèi)外因,并提出了針對性的對策建議。
[Abstract]:The global economy has entered the era of information economy, and science and technology are very important to the competitive position of various countries. China is a big country in demand for technology, and the United States is a leading representative in the field of information technology. The trade in high-tech products between the two countries is related to the comparison of their political and economic strength. Trade in high-tech products between China and the United States is booming, which is a good phenomenon worthy of affirmation. However, through the analysis, it is found that the trade of high-tech products between China and the United States is not in line with the traditional comparative advantage trade theory, and the position of trade division between China and the United States is unreasonable. Based on the analysis of the import and export of high-tech products in China and the United States, it is concluded that China and the United States are important trading partners in high-tech products, and the trade in high-tech products between China and the United States continues to expand. And has been in a surplus. The trade structure of high-tech products between China and the United States is analyzed by means of statistical description, and the ARCA index of high-tech products between China and the United States is calculated. It is concluded that the trade surplus of high-tech products between China and the United States is mainly concentrated in computer and communication technology products and optoelectronic technology products, which has the characteristics of relatively low technical content, added value and processing trade. Through the political and economic analysis of trade policy, this paper expounds the influence of the distortion of American trade policy towards China on the trade imbalance of high-tech products between China and the United States. This paper analyzes the internal and external causes of Sino-US trade surplus comprehensively and objectively, and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions.
