【摘要】：隨著國家"一帶一路"政策的實(shí)施,越來越多的國內(nèi)企業(yè)選擇走出去在國外承接項(xiàng)目,而這其中主要是以EPC總承包的形式。但由于國內(nèi)企業(yè)缺乏海外項(xiàng)目管理經(jīng)驗(yàn),同時(shí)由于項(xiàng)目所在國政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、文化等因素,在海外項(xiàng)目執(zhí)行過程中經(jīng)常出現(xiàn)虧損、延期、甚至停工等現(xiàn)象。因此對(duì)于如何分析、識(shí)別和規(guī)避潛在的項(xiàng)目風(fēng)險(xiǎn)是一個(gè)企業(yè)能否在國際化浪潮中生存和發(fā)展的重要本領(lǐng),作者根據(jù)近年來海外項(xiàng)目施工管理經(jīng)驗(yàn),淺談海外EPC項(xiàng)目風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管控。
[Abstract]:With the implementation of the national "Belt and Road" policy, more and more domestic enterprises choose to go abroad to undertake projects, and this is mainly in the form of EPC general contract. However, due to the lack of overseas project management experience in domestic enterprises and political, economic, cultural and other factors in the country where the project is located, there are often losses, delays, and even stoppages in the implementation of overseas projects. Therefore, how to analyze, identify and avoid the potential project risk is an important ability for an enterprise to survive and develop in the international tide. According to the construction management experience of overseas projects in recent years, the author discusses the risk control of overseas EPC projects.
