冷戰(zhàn)后美國共產(chǎn)黨的社會主義理論與實(shí)踐

【摘要】：美國共產(chǎn)黨在其近百年的發(fā)展歷程中,始終堅持以馬克思列寧主義為指導(dǎo),與工會及各種社會主義團(tuán)體和組織建立廣泛的聯(lián)系,最大限度地團(tuán)結(jié)且代表工人階級以及廣大受壓迫民族的利益。作為世界共產(chǎn)主義運(yùn)動中的一份子,美共曾經(jīng)為世界社會主義運(yùn)動的發(fā)展作出過重要的貢獻(xiàn)。然而,當(dāng)前世界社會主義運(yùn)動的發(fā)展處于低潮,冷戰(zhàn)后的各國共產(chǎn)黨組織特別是發(fā)達(dá)資本主義國家的共產(chǎn)黨面臨著種種困境。在新的國內(nèi)外形勢下,美共的生存現(xiàn)狀如何?美共進(jìn)行了哪些理論與實(shí)踐革新及其在現(xiàn)實(shí)政治社會生活中又發(fā)揮著怎樣的作用?美共面臨著哪些困境,未來發(fā)展前景又如何呢?這些問題都是本文所要探討的問題。本文以馬克思列寧主義基本原理為指導(dǎo),主要對冷戰(zhàn)后美國共產(chǎn)黨的社會主義理論和實(shí)踐的革新與作用進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)的闡述和評析。全文共分為以下幾個部分:緒論部分闡述了本文的選題意義、研究現(xiàn)狀、研究基本思路和研究方法以及創(chuàng)新與不足等。第一部分簡要概述了美共近百年來的歷史發(fā)展進(jìn)程及冷戰(zhàn)后所處的國內(nèi)外環(huán)境。首先以蘇東劇變?yōu)闀r間節(jié)點(diǎn),簡述了此前美共大起大落的發(fā)展歷程,以及之后的恢復(fù)與重建。其次,對美共所處的國內(nèi)外政治經(jīng)濟(jì)形勢進(jìn)行了分析。第二部分主要分析了在冷戰(zhàn)后國內(nèi)外形勢的影響下,根據(jù)發(fā)展的需要,美共在黨的組織建設(shè)、思想建設(shè)以及媒體平臺的建立和運(yùn)用等方面做出了一些調(diào)整,以期通過這些變更擴(kuò)大黨的組織規(guī)模。第三部分詳細(xì)闡述了冷戰(zhàn)后美共的政策調(diào)整及其發(fā)展道路的選擇。美共對資本主義剝削和壓迫的新特點(diǎn)進(jìn)行了分析,進(jìn)而闡述了進(jìn)行階級革命和民主革命的必要性。美共認(rèn)為要想實(shí)現(xiàn)社會主義,當(dāng)前的主要任務(wù)就是建立反壟斷聯(lián)盟。此外,對如何構(gòu)建社會主義這一問題,美共也提出了一些見解。第四部分主要闡述了政策調(diào)整后美共在政治社會生活中所發(fā)揮的作用。雖然仍無法躋身主流政黨的行列,但是,美共通過積極參與國內(nèi)選舉和黨際會議,以及對國內(nèi)熱點(diǎn)問題做出及時回應(yīng),極大提升了其在政治社會生活中的地位和影響力。第五部分主要分析了美共當(dāng)前面臨的困境及其發(fā)展前景。當(dāng)前美共面臨的困境主要來自國際發(fā)展新形勢的影響、國內(nèi)政治制度與文化根源的限制、以及美共自身存在的局IV限性這三個方面。就發(fā)展前景而言,主要從新社會運(yùn)動對美共發(fā)展的積極影響、全球金融危機(jī)的爆發(fā)為美共提供了新機(jī)遇以及美共的獨(dú)立自主與理論革新這三方面來加以剖析�？傊�,美共作為當(dāng)前發(fā)達(dá)資本主義國家共產(chǎn)黨組織力量發(fā)展的一個縮影,也是世界社會主義運(yùn)動的重要推動力量。通過研究美共對社會主義理論和實(shí)踐的探索,剖析其走向獨(dú)立自主與進(jìn)行理論革新的發(fā)展歷程,從而全面客觀地分析其在政治社會中的地位和作用。
[Abstract]:In the course of its nearly 100 years of development, the Communist Party of America has always been guided by Marxism-Leninism and has established extensive ties with trade unions and various socialist organizations and organizations. To the maximum extent of unity and represent the interests of the working class and the general oppressed nation. As a member of the communist movement in the world, the US Communist Party has made important contributions to the development of the world socialist movement. In the new situation at home and abroad, the survival of the Communist Party of America what is the status quo? What are the difficulties facing the Communist Party of America, and what are the prospects for future development? These problems are all the questions to be discussed in this paper. Guided by the basic principles of Marxism-Leninism, this paper systematically expounds and comments on the innovation and function of the socialist theory and practice of the American Communist Party after the Cold War. The full text is divided into the following parts: the introduction part describes the significance of the topic, the status quo of the research, the basic ideas and research methods, as well as innovation and insufficiency. The first part gives a brief overview of the history of the Communist Party of America in the past hundred years and the environment at home and abroad after the Cold War. Firstly, the history of USC's ups and downs, as well as its recovery and reconstruction, are briefly described by taking the Soviet Union and East Europe as the time node. Secondly, the political and economic situation at home and abroad is analyzed. The second part mainly analyzes that under the influence of the situation at home and abroad after the Cold War, according to the need of development, the US Communist Party has made some adjustments in the aspects of party organization construction, ideological construction and the establishment and application of media platform. In order to expand the size of the Party's organization through these changes. The third part elaborates the policy adjustment and the choice of development road of the US Communist Party after the Cold War. The Communist Party of America analyzes the new characteristics of capitalist exploitation and oppression, and expounds the necessity of class revolution and democratic revolution. The Communist Party believes that to achieve socialism, the current main task is to establish an anti-monopoly alliance. In addition, the Communist Party of America also put forward some views on how to construct socialism. The fourth part mainly expounds the role of the Communist Party of America in the political and social life after the policy adjustment. Although still unable to join the mainstream political parties, the US Communist Party has greatly enhanced its position and influence in political and social life through active participation in domestic elections and inter-party meetings, as well as timely responses to domestic hot issues. The fifth part mainly analyzes the predicament and the development prospect of the US Communist Party. At present, the difficulties faced by the Communist Party of America mainly come from the influence of the new international development situation, the restriction of the domestic political system and the cultural root, and the limitation of the IV of the Communist Party of America itself. In terms of development prospects, the positive impact of the new social movement on the development of the Communist Party of America, the outbreak of the global financial crisis has provided the Communist Party of America with a new opportunity, as well as the independence of the Communist Party of America and theoretical innovation to analyze the three aspects.
