《河北日?qǐng)?bào)》“新聞縱深”版報(bào)道特色研究

【摘要】：進(jìn)入新世紀(jì)，我國(guó)的媒介生態(tài)環(huán)境發(fā)生了巨大的變化，一種新型的媒介市場(chǎng)格局已經(jīng)形成,其中以廣播、電視、網(wǎng)絡(luò)為主體的電子媒體占了大半江山，尤其是網(wǎng)絡(luò)媒體的崛起，很大程度上改變了原有的媒介生態(tài)環(huán)境，對(duì)紙媒造成了極大的沖擊。為了應(yīng)對(duì)電子媒體的挑戰(zhàn)，創(chuàng)辦深度報(bào)道版，全面深刻地報(bào)道重大新聞事件，已經(jīng)成為報(bào)紙媒體發(fā)揮自身優(yōu)勢(shì)、提升影響力的必然選擇。黨報(bào)作為我國(guó)的政府機(jī)關(guān)報(bào)，肩負(fù)著傳遞黨的聲音，引導(dǎo)社會(huì)輿論等職能，在當(dāng)前的媒介生態(tài)環(huán)境下，黨報(bào)要想繼續(xù)保持其權(quán)威性，坐穩(wěn)“大報(bào)”的地位，更應(yīng)該揚(yáng)長(zhǎng)避短、銳意改革，做好深度報(bào)道，充分滿足受眾的信息需求。 2003年8月,《河北日?qǐng)?bào)》創(chuàng)辦了“新聞縱深”版,借以深度挖掘和報(bào)道重大的新聞事件。自創(chuàng)辦以來,“新聞縱深”始終堅(jiān)持“第一時(shí)間的深度,事實(shí)背后的事實(shí)”的報(bào)道理念,經(jīng)過多年的探索和實(shí)踐，“新聞縱深”已經(jīng)成為《河北日?qǐng)?bào)》的“王牌”版面,贏得了受眾的認(rèn)可和信賴，并形成了自己的報(bào)道特色。在選題策劃方面，“新聞縱深”緊抓突發(fā)事件，以“快”為前提，“深”為立腳點(diǎn)，結(jié)合關(guān)乎人民利益的熱點(diǎn)問題，謹(jǐn)遵黨性原則，以政治經(jīng)濟(jì)為主打內(nèi)容，兼顧其他熱點(diǎn)，立足河北省，重點(diǎn)打造民生新聞，富于生活氣息，反映生活，堅(jiān)持以人為本，急群眾所急，想群眾所想，著眼實(shí)際，實(shí)事求是，告別“假大空”；在報(bào)道寫作方面，緊追突發(fā)性新聞，求新更求細(xì)，典型人物報(bào)道反映時(shí)代精神和積極的價(jià)值取向，用案例和數(shù)據(jù)撐起解釋性報(bào)道，調(diào)查性報(bào)道點(diǎn)面結(jié)合，立意深遠(yuǎn)；在稿件配置方面充分做到了多樣性和靈活性，且通過合理利用各種版面元素，為讀者呈現(xiàn)出更加活潑生動(dòng)的視覺效果，配發(fā)新聞評(píng)論，引導(dǎo)社會(huì)輿論，鏈接新聞資料，補(bǔ)充發(fā)展事實(shí)，安排“閱讀提示”，指導(dǎo)受眾閱讀，設(shè)置“熱點(diǎn)開講”，擴(kuò)大報(bào)道領(lǐng)域；在版面編排方面，插入圖片增強(qiáng)版面視覺沖擊力，運(yùn)用留白凸顯版面簡(jiǎn)潔之風(fēng)，借助線條、色彩等元素豐富活躍版面。本文就“新聞縱深”版的創(chuàng)辦背景，及選題策劃、報(bào)道寫作、稿件配置等報(bào)道特色進(jìn)行研究，并針對(duì)其存在的一些問題,如人文關(guān)懷不足、正負(fù)報(bào)道比例失衡、與網(wǎng)絡(luò)媒體缺乏互動(dòng)、報(bào)道文體單一等提出改進(jìn)建議，如加大對(duì)弱勢(shì)群體的關(guān)注力度，灌輸人文關(guān)懷精神，加強(qiáng)與網(wǎng)絡(luò)媒體的互動(dòng)，，善于從網(wǎng)絡(luò)媒體中獲取新聞線索，善于利用網(wǎng)絡(luò)媒體擴(kuò)大報(bào)道的影響力，適當(dāng)增加批評(píng)性報(bào)道的比重，凸顯報(bào)道深刻性，豐富報(bào)道文體，創(chuàng)新報(bào)道形式等。本文期望通過對(duì)“新聞縱深”版在新型媒介環(huán)境下的研究，可以豐富黨報(bào)深度報(bào)道的研究領(lǐng)域，順應(yīng)黨報(bào)開展深度報(bào)道的發(fā)展潮流，為其他黨報(bào)開展深度報(bào)道提供一定的借鑒經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
[Abstract]:In the new century, great changes have taken place in the media ecological environment of our country, and a new media market pattern has been formed, in which the electronic media with radio, television and network as the main body accounts for most of the rivers and mountains, especially the rise of the network media. To a large extent has changed the original media ecological environment, the paper media caused a great impact. In order to meet the challenge of electronic media, it has become an inevitable choice for newspaper media to develop their advantages and enhance their influence by setting up in-depth reports and covering major news events comprehensively and profoundly. As the government organ of our country, the party newspaper shoulders the functions of transmitting the party's voice and guiding the public opinion. In the current media ecological environment, if the party newspaper wants to continue to maintain its authority and sit firmly in the position of "big newspaper," it should take advantage of its advantages and avoid its weaknesses. Determined to reform, do a good job of in-depth reporting, fully meet the information needs of the audience. In August, 2003, Hebei Daily established the "News in depth" edition to dig into and report important news events. Since its inception, the "depth of news" has always adhered to the "depth of the first time, the facts behind the facts" report concept. After many years of exploration and practice, the "depth of news" has become the "ace" page of the "Hebei Daily". Won the audience's approval and trust, and formed their own reporting characteristics. In the area of topic selection and planning, "news in depth" closely grasps emergencies, taking "fast" as the premise, "deep" as its foothold, combining with hot issues related to the interests of the people, adhering to the principle of party spirit, taking politics and economy as the main content, and giving consideration to other hot spots. Based on Hebei Province, focus on the people's livelihood news, rich in life, reflects life, adhere to people-oriented, urgent masses, want to masses think, realistic, practical, farewell to "false empty;" In the aspect of report writing, we should keep up with the sudden news, look for the new and be more detailed, the typical characters' report reflects the spirit of the times and the positive value orientation, supports the explanatory report with the case and the data, the investigative report combines the spot and the aspect, the intention is far-reaching; In the allocation of manuscripts, we have made full use of diversity and flexibility, and through the rational use of various layout elements, we have presented a more lively and vivid visual effect for readers, distributed news comments, guided public opinion and linked news materials. Supplement the facts of development, arrange "reading tips", guide the audience to read, set up "hot talk", expand the reporting field; In layout, insert pictures to enhance the visual impact of layout, use space to highlight the style of layout simplicity, with the help of lines, colors and other elements rich active layout. This paper studies the background of the foundation of the "news in depth" edition, as well as the characteristics of the report, such as the planning of the topic, the writing of the report, the disposition of the manuscript, and so on, and aims at some problems, such as the lack of humanistic concern, the imbalance of the positive and negative reporting ratio, etc. Lack of interaction with network media, single reporting style and other suggestions, such as increasing attention to vulnerable groups, inculcating the spirit of humanistic care, strengthening interaction with network media, good at getting news clues from network media, etc. Good at using the network media to expand the influence of reporting, appropriate to increase the proportion of critical reports, highlight the depth of the report, enrich the style of the report, innovative forms of reporting, and so on. This paper hopes to enrich the research field of the in-depth report of the Party newspaper and conform to the trend of the development of the in-depth report of the Party newspaper through the study of the "News in depth" edition under the new media environment. For other party newspapers to carry out in-depth reporting to provide certain experience.
