【摘要】：俄羅斯政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、法律狀況的運(yùn)行,對(duì)我國(guó)的經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展有著重要的借鑒意義。俄羅斯推行市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)體制的過(guò)程中,使用法律法規(guī)對(duì)市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)進(jìn)行調(diào)節(jié)和規(guī)范。在市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)不斷發(fā)展的今天,法制經(jīng)濟(jì)運(yùn)行情況對(duì)俄羅斯乃至我國(guó)和國(guó)際各個(gè)國(guó)家的市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)機(jī)制的有效運(yùn)行都有著重要的影響。本課題從法制經(jīng)濟(jì)的理論基礎(chǔ)出發(fā),明確法制經(jīng)濟(jì)的概念和內(nèi)涵,理清市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)和法制經(jīng)濟(jì)的關(guān)系,進(jìn)而從俄羅斯法制經(jīng)濟(jì)和市場(chǎng)體制、俄羅斯法制經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀、成果與效應(yīng)評(píng)估等方面來(lái)論述俄羅斯法制經(jīng)濟(jì)狀況,找出俄羅斯法制經(jīng)濟(jì)運(yùn)行過(guò)程中存在的問(wèn)題,明確俄羅斯法制經(jīng)濟(jì)面臨的主要挑戰(zhàn),從而對(duì)我國(guó)法制經(jīng)濟(jì)運(yùn)行給予一定的啟示和借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:The operation of Russian politics, economy and law is of great significance to the economic and social development of our country. In the course of carrying out the market economy system, Russia uses laws and regulations to regulate and standardize the market economy. With the continuous development of market economy, the operation of legal economy has an important influence on the effective operation of market economy mechanism in Russia, China and other countries. Starting from the theoretical basis of the legal economy, this subject clarifies the concept and connotation of the legal economy, clarifies the relationship between the market economy and the legal economy, and then from the point of view of the Russian legal economy and the market system, the present situation of the development of the Russian legal economy. From the aspects of achievement and effect evaluation, this paper discusses the status of Russia's legal economy, finds out the problems existing in the process of Russian legal economy's operation, and clarifies the main challenges that Russia's legal economy faces. Thus to our country legal system economy operation gives the certain enlightenment and the reference significance.
