【摘要】：深入闡述西方企業(yè)家城市理論產(chǎn)生的政治經(jīng)濟(jì)和文化背景及其基本特征,對主要企業(yè)家城市政策的根本目的、主要內(nèi)容和內(nèi)在邏輯進(jìn)行梳理和綜述。指出這些城市政策與實(shí)踐在全球化與工業(yè)空心化背景下幫助西方城市提升地方形象,促進(jìn)了投資和城市空間與經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)的轉(zhuǎn)型升級,增強(qiáng)了城市在全球經(jīng)濟(jì)競爭中的地位。對這些政策的批判集中在社會公正與文化包容兩方面。提出西方企業(yè)家城市政策在我國的應(yīng)用與實(shí)踐需要注意不同的發(fā)展背景與發(fā)展階段,對其可能產(chǎn)生的社會、文化的負(fù)面影響進(jìn)行認(rèn)真考量,構(gòu)建更加多元包容公正的城市政策。
[Abstract]:This paper expounds the political, economic and cultural background and basic characteristics of the western entrepreneur's urban theory, and summarizes the basic purpose, main contents and internal logic of the main entrepreneur's urban policy. It is pointed out that these urban policies and practices have helped western cities to enhance their local image under the background of globalization and industrial hollowing, which have promoted investment and the transformation and upgrading of urban space and economic structure, and strengthened the position of cities in the global economic competition. Criticism of these policies focuses on social justice and cultural inclusion. It is pointed out that the application and practice of western entrepreneur urban policy in China should pay attention to different development backgrounds and stages, seriously consider the possible negative social and cultural impacts, and construct a more pluralistic, inclusive and just urban policy.
