【摘要】：隨著國(guó)家"一帶一路"戰(zhàn)略進(jìn)入務(wù)實(shí)推進(jìn)階段,我國(guó)"走出去"企業(yè)迎來(lái)重大戰(zhàn)略機(jī)遇,又面臨著來(lái)自"一帶一路"沿線國(guó)家的政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、運(yùn)營(yíng)環(huán)境等方面的挑戰(zhàn)。作為防范出口信用風(fēng)險(xiǎn)、確保貿(mào)易投資安全的保障機(jī)制,出口信用保險(xiǎn)的重要性日益凸顯。為更好地發(fā)揮推動(dòng)"一帶一路"戰(zhàn)略的政策性職能,中國(guó)信保多措并舉,全面深入地推進(jìn)產(chǎn)品市場(chǎng)開發(fā);創(chuàng)新產(chǎn)品與業(yè)務(wù)模式,不斷完善服務(wù)機(jī)制;搭建"一帶一路"全流程信用風(fēng)險(xiǎn)保障機(jī)制,深入服務(wù)"一帶一路"戰(zhàn)略。
[Abstract]:With the country's "Belt and Road" strategy entering the stage of pragmatic promotion, Chinese "going out" enterprises welcome major strategic opportunities, and face challenges from the political, economic, and operational environment of the countries along the road of the country "Belt and Road". As a safeguard mechanism to guard against export credit risk and ensure the safety of trade and investment, the importance of export credit insurance is becoming more and more prominent. In order to give full play to the policy function of "Belt and Road" strategy, China's Xin Baoduo should carry out comprehensive and in-depth product market development, innovate the product and business model, and continuously improve the service mechanism. Build "Belt and Road" the whole process of credit risk protection mechanism, in-depth service "Belt and Road" strategy.
