江蘇省體育賽事市場(chǎng)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀及對(duì)策研究

【摘要】:隨著我國的經(jīng)濟(jì)體制由計(jì)劃經(jīng)濟(jì)向社會(huì)主義市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)轉(zhuǎn)型,體育賽事發(fā)展面臨許多不容回避的現(xiàn)實(shí)問題。本文采用文獻(xiàn)資料法、訪談法、個(gè)案分析法、比較分析法等研究方法,對(duì)體育賽事的涵義、市場(chǎng)開發(fā)的概念,進(jìn)行了闡釋,對(duì)江蘇省體育賽事市場(chǎng)開發(fā)的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了描述,對(duì)制約體育賽事市場(chǎng)開發(fā)的因素進(jìn)行了分析,通過對(duì)江蘇省體育賽事市場(chǎng)開發(fā)的SWOT分析,提出了江蘇省體育賽事市場(chǎng)開發(fā)的路徑。 研究認(rèn)為:(1)江蘇省體育賽事市場(chǎng)開發(fā)以我國政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、文化為背景,與城市的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略相結(jié)合,體現(xiàn)了中國特色的社會(huì)主義發(fā)展的特色和宗旨:(2)江蘇省體育賽事市場(chǎng)開發(fā)主要有三種模式,兩種組織機(jī)構(gòu);政府控制大量賽事資源,并在體育賽事市場(chǎng)化運(yùn)作中扮演重要角色;(3)江蘇省借鑒國外先進(jìn)的市場(chǎng)化運(yùn)作模式,融合市場(chǎng)化運(yùn)作元素,并結(jié)合其省省情進(jìn)行體育賽事市場(chǎng)開發(fā),收效較好;(4)江蘇省體育產(chǎn)業(yè)逐步推動(dòng)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng),體育賽事市場(chǎng)在政策投資和市場(chǎng)化運(yùn)作雙重軌道下運(yùn)行,賽事市場(chǎng)不能達(dá)到有效的資源配置,產(chǎn)生不完全競(jìng)爭(zhēng);(5)體育賽事市場(chǎng)不是有效的市場(chǎng),微觀市場(chǎng)失靈現(xiàn)象普遍存在,市場(chǎng)化運(yùn)作的制度均衡很難確立;(6)國際金融危機(jī)沖擊世界實(shí)體經(jīng)濟(jì),影響體育賽事市場(chǎng)資源。 建議:(1)切實(shí)履行政府職能,充分聯(lián)合市場(chǎng)運(yùn)作,實(shí)現(xiàn)優(yōu)勢(shì)互補(bǔ);城市文化與體育文化相結(jié)合,建造特色體育城市;(2)引入市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)機(jī)制,建立激勵(lì)機(jī)制,提高辦賽效率,節(jié)約社會(huì)成本;(3)以體育賽事理論研究為基礎(chǔ),加強(qiáng)賽事開發(fā)應(yīng)用性研究,著重培養(yǎng)復(fù)合型人才;(4)建立健全體育賽事相關(guān)法律法規(guī),提高賽事組織和管理者的法律素質(zhì),規(guī)范體育賽事市場(chǎng);(5)提供優(yōu)惠政策,激發(fā)賽事運(yùn)作主體辦賽興趣,建立數(shù)據(jù)庫,客觀準(zhǔn)確地評(píng)估體育賽事;(6)辨證地看待金融危機(jī)等國際局勢(shì)帶來的影響,迎接挑戰(zhàn),把握機(jī)遇。
[Abstract]:With the transition of China's economic system from planned economy to socialist market economy, the development of sports events is faced with many unavoidable practical problems. By using the methods of literature, interview, case analysis and comparative analysis, this paper explains the meaning of sports events and the concept of market development, and describes the present situation of the market development of sports events in Jiangsu Province. This paper analyzes the factors restricting the market development of sports events, and through the SWOT analysis of the market development of sports events in Jiangsu Province, puts forward the path of the market development of sports events in Jiangsu Province. It is concluded that: (1) the market development of sports events in Jiangsu Province is based on the political, economic and cultural background of our country, and combined with the development strategy of the city. It embodies the characteristics and purposes of socialist development with Chinese characteristics: (2) there are three modes of market development of sports events in Jiangsu Province, two kinds of organizations, and the government controls a large number of competition resources. It also plays an important role in the market operation of sports events. (3) Jiangsu Province draws lessons from foreign advanced market operation models, integrates the elements of market operation, and develops the market of sports events in combination with its provincial conditions, and achieves good results. (4) the sports industry of Jiangsu Province promotes the economic growth step by step. The sports event market runs under the dual track of policy investment and market-oriented operation, the competition market can not achieve the effective allocation of resources, resulting in incomplete competition; (5) the market of sports events is not an effective market, the phenomenon of microcosmic market failure is widespread, the institutional balance of market-oriented operation is difficult to establish; (6) the international financial crisis impacts the real economy of the world and affects the market resources of sports events. The suggestions are as follows: (1) carrying out the government function, fully combining the market operation, realizing the complementary advantages; combining the city culture with the sports culture, constructing the characteristic sports city; (2) introducing the market competition mechanism, establishing the incentive mechanism, improving the running efficiency, (3) on the basis of theoretical research of sports events, to strengthen the research on the development and application of sports events, focusing on the cultivation of compound talents; (4) to establish and improve the relevant laws and regulations of sports events, and to improve the legal quality of the organization and management of sports events, Standardizing the sports market; (5) providing preferential policies to stimulate the interest of the main players in running the tournament, establishing a database to objectively and accurately evaluate the sports events; (6) dialectically looking at the impact of the international situation such as the financial crisis, and meeting the challenges, Seize the opportunity.
