【摘要】：菲律賓和馬來西亞關于沙巴的主權糾紛由來已久,是影響兩國關系發(fā)展的重要事件。通過分析本文認為,1878年英國和蘇祿締結(jié)條約的翻譯問題是引起沙巴主權糾紛的主要原因。此外,100多年的時間里領土變化帶來的權利繼承關系混亂,是沙巴主權糾紛另一個主要原因。特別是主權糾紛和政治、經(jīng)濟因素結(jié)合在一起,使得沙巴問題更加難以徹底解決。
[Abstract]:The sovereignty dispute between Philippines and Malaysia over Sabah has a long history and is an important event affecting the development of relations between the two countries. This paper argues that the translation of the treaty concluded between Britain and Sulu in 1878 is the main cause of the sovereignty dispute in Sabah. Another major cause of Sabah's sovereignty dispute is the chaotic succession of rights brought about by territorial changes over a period of more than 100 years. In particular, sovereignty disputes and political and economic factors combine to make it more difficult to solve the Sabah problem.
