【摘要】：改革開(kāi)放以來(lái),我國(guó)的政治體制與經(jīng)濟(jì)體制都處在深刻的變革過(guò)程中。隨著社會(huì)主義市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)體制的建立,以及我國(guó)社會(huì)由傳統(tǒng)型向現(xiàn)代型的轉(zhuǎn)變,原有的傳統(tǒng)的優(yōu)秀運(yùn)動(dòng)員培養(yǎng)模式的單一性與局限性越來(lái)越發(fā)明顯,難以與現(xiàn)代社會(huì)的發(fā)展相適應(yīng)。當(dāng)前我國(guó)提出了社會(huì)主義和諧社會(huì)的建設(shè)構(gòu)想,體育領(lǐng)域當(dāng)中也提出了由體育大國(guó)向體育強(qiáng)國(guó)轉(zhuǎn)變,還有競(jìng)技體育的可持續(xù)發(fā)展等等都要求我國(guó)優(yōu)秀運(yùn)動(dòng)員的培養(yǎng)要與我國(guó)政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)與社會(huì)的發(fā)展相適應(yīng),由傳統(tǒng)的單一的培養(yǎng)路徑向開(kāi)放的多元的路徑轉(zhuǎn)變。 本論文運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)資料法、專家訪談法以及邏輯分析法等研究方法,結(jié)合管理學(xué)、體育學(xué)、社會(huì)學(xué)以及經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)等各學(xué)科理論知識(shí),對(duì)我國(guó)優(yōu)秀運(yùn)動(dòng)員的培養(yǎng)路徑進(jìn)行了較為深入的比較與分析。根據(jù)“路徑依賴”理論分析我國(guó)優(yōu)秀運(yùn)動(dòng)員培養(yǎng)路徑的歷史演進(jìn)。運(yùn)用系統(tǒng)分析的方法,根據(jù)主導(dǎo)力量的不同分為政府力量主導(dǎo)以及社會(huì)力量主導(dǎo)的兩大類別,總結(jié)出我國(guó)優(yōu)秀運(yùn)動(dòng)員培養(yǎng)的五大模式,即三級(jí)訓(xùn)練網(wǎng)模式、體教結(jié)合模式、俱樂(lè)部模式、溫州模式以及丁俊暉模式,并分別進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)的SWOT分析,總結(jié)各模式各路徑的優(yōu)劣勢(shì)以及發(fā)展的機(jī)遇與挑戰(zhàn),對(duì)五種不同模式進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)分析提出未來(lái)發(fā)展策略同時(shí)還介紹了西方體育強(qiáng)國(guó)當(dāng)中美國(guó)、俄羅斯和德國(guó)的不同的優(yōu)秀運(yùn)動(dòng)員的培養(yǎng)路徑,借鑒其中的成功經(jīng)驗(yàn),結(jié)合我國(guó)的實(shí)際國(guó)情,為我國(guó)優(yōu)秀運(yùn)動(dòng)員培養(yǎng)路徑的未來(lái)發(fā)展提供建議。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, China's political and economic systems are in a profound process of change. With the establishment of the socialist market economy system and the transformation of our society from traditional to modern, the singularity and limitation of the traditional training mode of outstanding athletes are becoming more and more obvious. It is difficult to adapt to the development of modern society. At present, China has put forward the concept of building a harmonious socialist society, and in the field of sports, it has also proposed a transformation from a sports power to a sports power. The sustainable development of competitive sports and so on require that the cultivation of elite athletes in our country should adapt to the development of our country's politics, economy and society, and change from the traditional single training path to the open and pluralistic path. This paper uses the methods of literature, expert interview and logic analysis, and combines the theoretical knowledge of management, sports, sociology and economics, etc. The training path of Chinese elite athletes is compared and analyzed deeply. According to the theory of "path dependence", this paper analyzes the historical evolution of the training path of Chinese elite athletes. By using the method of system analysis, according to the difference of leading power, it is divided into two categories: government power leading and social power leading, and the five models of training excellent athletes in our country are summarized, that is, three-level training network model, combination of physical training and teaching mode. Club mode, Wenzhou model and Ding Junhui model, and the system of SWOT analysis, summed up the advantages and disadvantages of each mode, as well as the development of opportunities and challenges, This paper systematically analyzes five different models and puts forward the future development strategies. It also introduces the different training paths of the outstanding athletes of the United States, Russia and Germany among the western sports powers, and draws lessons from the successful experience. Combined with the actual situation of our country, it provides suggestions for the future development of the training path of the outstanding athletes in our country.
