S酒業(yè)經(jīng)銷商銷售人員激勵策略研究

【摘要】:中國酒文化源遠流長,影響著我國政治、經(jīng)濟、文化、生活的各個方面。酒文化的傳承離不開酒水經(jīng)銷商這個獨特的經(jīng)濟群體。但是,目前酒業(yè)經(jīng)銷商企業(yè)普遍存在管理制度不健全、管理水平有限、銷售人員激勵策略缺乏、員工滿意度不高、銷售人員流失嚴重等問題。如今,經(jīng)銷商的生存環(huán)境也發(fā)生了巨大變化,宏觀政策在變、市場環(huán)境在變、經(jīng)營模式在變、營銷觀念在變,這些深刻的變化使得酒水經(jīng)銷商正在經(jīng)歷著新的考驗,面臨前所未有的機遇和挑戰(zhàn),如何打造人力資源核心競爭力、如何完善企業(yè)管理體系、如何擁有一流人才,如何實現(xiàn)可持續(xù)發(fā)展,成為新形勢下酒類經(jīng)銷商們無法回避的問題。 銷售人員是酒業(yè)經(jīng)銷商企業(yè)的關鍵人才,是實現(xiàn)企業(yè)產(chǎn)品與價值轉換的重要人力資源,是為企業(yè)創(chuàng)造收入的中流砥柱。銷售人員的積極性和熱情高度直接影響企業(yè)業(yè)績的高低。因此,科學制定銷售人員激勵策略,是酒業(yè)經(jīng)銷商企業(yè)應當重視的關鍵問題。完善和改進企業(yè)激勵策略,擁有一支高效、穩(wěn)定、富有活力的銷售團隊,是酒業(yè)經(jīng)銷商企業(yè)應對復雜的生存環(huán)境發(fā)展壯大的根本途徑。 本文結合激勵理論,采用實證研究方法,組織問卷調(diào)查、文件分析、深度訪談,分析S公司銷售人員激勵現(xiàn)狀,發(fā)現(xiàn)問題,,深究原因,提出一套有針對性的、有效的銷售人員激勵改進策略,以提高S公司激勵管理水平并為其它酒業(yè)經(jīng)銷商企業(yè)員工激勵提供有益的借鑒。
[Abstract]:Chinese liquor culture has a long history , which affects all aspects of our country ' s political , economic , cultural and life . The inheritance of wine culture can ' t be separated from the unique economic group of Jiushui dealers . However , there are many problems such as imperfect management system , limited management level , lack of incentive strategy of sales personnel , low employee satisfaction and serious loss of sales personnel .
The sales person is the key person of the wine dealer ' s enterprise . It is an important human resource to realize the transformation of enterprise product and value . The enthusiasm and enthusiasm of the sales staff directly influence the enterprise ' s performance . Therefore , it is the key problem that the enterprise should pay attention to .
Based on the theory of incentive , this paper adopts the empirical research method , organizes questionnaire , document analysis and deep interview , analyzes the current situation of incentive status of sales staff in S company , finds out the cause , puts forward a set of targeted and effective sales personnel incentive improvement strategies to improve the incentive management level of S company and provide beneficial reference for the encouragement of other wine dealer enterprises .
