【摘要】：部隊(duì)作為國(guó)防建設(shè)工作的中堅(jiān)力量,部隊(duì)自身建設(shè)關(guān)系著我國(guó)國(guó)防軍事建設(shè)以及政治經(jīng)濟(jì)文化的發(fā)展。新形勢(shì)下,部隊(duì)會(huì)計(jì)基礎(chǔ)工作的加強(qiáng)是具有系統(tǒng)性、長(zhǎng)期性的關(guān)鍵任務(wù),具有目標(biāo)高、內(nèi)容豐富的特點(diǎn),加強(qiáng)部隊(duì)會(huì)計(jì)基礎(chǔ)工作需要建立科學(xué)的組織管理體系,培養(yǎng)高素質(zhì)的管理人才,不斷的完善部隊(duì)會(huì)計(jì)內(nèi)部控制制度,將加強(qiáng)會(huì)計(jì)基礎(chǔ)工作的重要性作為重要的任務(wù)進(jìn)行實(shí)施。
[Abstract]:As the backbone of the national defense construction, the army's own construction relates to the national defense military construction and the development of politics, economy and culture. Under the new situation, the strengthening of the basic work of accounting in the army is a systematic, long-term key task with the characteristics of high goal and rich content. To strengthen the basic work of accounting in the army, it is necessary to establish a scientific organization and management system. The importance of strengthening the basic work of accounting is regarded as an important task to train high quality management talents and constantly perfect the internal control system of army accounting.
