【摘要】：經(jīng)濟全球化的背景下,跨境經(jīng)營成為我國商業(yè)銀行生存發(fā)展的必然選擇,而我國經(jīng)濟實力的迅速增強、貨幣國際地位的不斷提升、企業(yè)和居民境外活動的日益頻繁更是為當(dāng)下商業(yè)銀行境外發(fā)展帶來了重大機遇。因此,如何通過區(qū)位選擇過程更好地拓寬境外市場、開展跨境經(jīng)營活動成為當(dāng)下亟須研究的問題。本文首先對我國商業(yè)銀行跨境經(jīng)營現(xiàn)狀進行總結(jié)。其次,概括出我國商業(yè)銀行跨境經(jīng)營在區(qū)位選擇角度所具備的特點及存在的問題。隨后將影響其跨境經(jīng)營區(qū)位選擇的因素歸納為政治、經(jīng)濟、文化和法律四個方面并輔之以針對性的事例,探尋這些影響因素的作用方式。緊接著引入渣打銀行、花旗銀行的案例,對比分析商業(yè)銀行跨境經(jīng)營的路徑、細分步驟、進入模式及戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃。最后,本文結(jié)合我國商業(yè)銀行跨境經(jīng)營區(qū)位選擇存在的問題、影響因素和國外先進銀行經(jīng)驗從制定戰(zhàn)略、關(guān)注市場、考察環(huán)境、選擇適宜進入方式、強化申辦準(zhǔn)備工作五個角度為我國商業(yè)銀行跨境經(jīng)營的區(qū)位選擇提出相應(yīng)建議。
[Abstract]:Under the background of economic globalization, cross-border management has become an inevitable choice for the survival and development of commercial banks in China. The increasingly frequent overseas activities of enterprises and residents have brought great opportunities for the overseas development of commercial banks. Therefore, it is urgent to study how to broaden the overseas market and carry out cross-border business activities through the process of location selection. This paper first summarizes the status quo of cross-border management of commercial banks in China. Secondly, the paper summarizes the characteristics and problems of cross-border management of commercial banks in the angle of location choice. Then, the factors affecting the location choice of cross-border management are summarized as political, economic, cultural and legal aspects, supplemented by targeted examples, to explore the role of these factors. Followed by the introduction of Standard Chartered Bank, Citibank case, comparative analysis of commercial banks cross-border operation path, subdivision steps, entry model and strategic planning. Finally, this paper combines the problems existing in the location selection of cross-border management of commercial banks in China, the influencing factors and the experience of foreign advanced banks from formulating strategies, paying attention to the market, investigating the environment, and choosing suitable entry methods. This paper puts forward corresponding suggestions for the location choice of cross-border operation of commercial banks in China from five aspects of strengthening the preparation of bid.
