【摘要】：隨著政治、經(jīng)濟改革的不斷深入，農(nóng)民工的規(guī)模也越來越大，他們已經(jīng)成為城市社會建設(shè)和發(fā)展中不可缺少的力量，成為影響我國現(xiàn)代化、城市化進程的一個舉足輕重的因素。近幾年來，農(nóng)民工生存狀態(tài)備受社會關(guān)注，其社會問題也日益凸現(xiàn)。本文首先以我國農(nóng)民工近4年的觀測數(shù)據(jù)為基礎(chǔ)對農(nóng)民工的生活現(xiàn)狀進行了剖析。然后將全國的進城農(nóng)村勞動力作為調(diào)研對象，從進城農(nóng)村勞動力的3種需求入手，選取30個指標建立進城農(nóng)村勞動力生存狀態(tài)的評價體系。在測度方法上，選擇了實踐性和客觀性較強的模糊層次分析法。結(jié)合問卷調(diào)查研究評價了當前我國進城農(nóng)村勞動力生存狀態(tài)，并對不同年代的進城農(nóng)村勞動力生存狀態(tài)做評價對比分析。進一步運用多元logistic模型深入研究了影響進城農(nóng)村勞動力生存狀態(tài)的因素，根據(jù)調(diào)查和實證結(jié)果，總結(jié)出當前我國農(nóng)村勞動力生存狀態(tài)面臨的主要問題：進城務(wù)工工作環(huán)境差，工作時間長，居住擁擠；社會保險認知度不高，參保比例不均；文化生活趨于邊緣化；維權(quán)意識不強，維權(quán)方式單一；城市歸屬感不強等。在此基礎(chǔ)上提出了一些政策建議：引導(dǎo)社會觀念轉(zhuǎn)變，積極推進農(nóng)民市民化進程；規(guī)范企業(yè)用工，，健全城鄉(xiāng)勞動力市場；完善社會保障體系，強化進城務(wù)工農(nóng)民社保參與意識；構(gòu)造良好的城市文化環(huán)境，為進城務(wù)工農(nóng)民提供平等的發(fā)展平臺；建立農(nóng)民進城務(wù)工服務(wù)管理體系。
[Abstract]:With the deepening of political and economic reform, the scale of migrant workers has become more and more large. They have become an indispensable force in the construction and development of urban society and a decisive factor in the process of modernization and urbanization in China. In recent years, migrant workers' living conditions have been concerned by the society, and their social problems are increasingly prominent. Firstly, based on the observation data of recent four years, this paper analyzes the living conditions of migrant workers. Then taking the rural labor force of the whole country as the research object, starting with the three kinds of demands of the rural labor force in the city, 30 indexes are selected to establish the evaluation system of the survival state of the rural labor force in the city. In the measurement method, the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process with strong practicality and objectivity is chosen. Based on the questionnaire survey, this paper evaluates the living condition of the rural labor force in China, and makes a comparative analysis on the survival state of the rural labor force in different years. This paper further studies the factors that affect the living condition of rural labor force in cities by using multiple logistic model. According to the investigation and empirical results, it summarizes the main problems facing the rural labor force in our country: the poor working environment of migrant workers in cities. Long working hours, living crowded; social security awareness is not high, the proportion of insurance is uneven; cultural life tends to marginalize; rights awareness is not strong, the way of safeguarding rights is single; the sense of urban belonging is not strong. On this basis, some policy suggestions are put forward: to guide the transformation of social concept, to actively promote the process of peasant citizenship, to standardize the employment of enterprises, to perfect the labor market in urban and rural areas, to perfect the social security system, and to strengthen the social security participation consciousness of migrant workers in cities; Constructing a good urban cultural environment, providing an equal development platform for migrant workers, and establishing a service management system for migrant workers in cities.
