HRTC建設(shè)咨詢公司發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略研究

【摘要】:近年來(lái),隨著國(guó)家在政策層面對(duì)咨詢服務(wù)產(chǎn)業(yè)不斷加大鼓勵(lì)與扶持力度,我國(guó)的工程咨詢業(yè)發(fā)展迅猛,從業(yè)的企業(yè)數(shù)量持續(xù)增長(zhǎng),造成行業(yè)內(nèi)企業(yè)間競(jìng)爭(zhēng)日趨加劇。為確保能在殘酷的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中更好地生存,,全面分析行業(yè)狀況,及時(shí)更新公司自身發(fā)展思路顯得尤為必要。 論文著重以HRTC建設(shè)咨詢公司為研究樣本,理論分析聯(lián)系實(shí)證分析,定性研究結(jié)合定量研究,積極采取案例研究,對(duì)公司進(jìn)行全面研究分析。 論文從政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、社會(huì)、技術(shù)等方面分析HRTC建設(shè)咨詢公司所處的宏觀環(huán)境,并用波特五力模型分析公司的行業(yè)環(huán)境;從人力、市場(chǎng)、技術(shù)等方面分析公司現(xiàn)有資源,從財(cái)務(wù)、營(yíng)銷、創(chuàng)新等方面分析公司自身能力,從培訓(xùn)、用人、獎(jiǎng)懲等方面分析公司制度因素,以這“三個(gè)角度”將公司的內(nèi)部環(huán)境予以立體且詳細(xì)地分析。同時(shí),設(shè)計(jì)了面向公司職員的調(diào)查問(wèn)卷,通過(guò)數(shù)據(jù)整理分析為戰(zhàn)略制定找到現(xiàn)實(shí)依據(jù)。通過(guò)對(duì)公司資源能力的優(yōu)勢(shì)、劣勢(shì)進(jìn)行分析,得出了企業(yè)核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力分析結(jié)果。 本文研究認(rèn)為,HRTC建設(shè)咨詢公司應(yīng)采取集中增長(zhǎng)、一體化發(fā)展的組合戰(zhàn)略模式,并從業(yè)務(wù)選擇戰(zhàn)略、市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)戰(zhàn)略、品牌戰(zhàn)略、戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟戰(zhàn)略等四個(gè)方面規(guī)劃了公司今后的發(fā)展道路。最后,在戰(zhàn)略實(shí)施方面從市場(chǎng)開(kāi)拓、品牌建設(shè)、組織結(jié)構(gòu)、業(yè)務(wù)策略、業(yè)務(wù)流程、資源調(diào)整、企業(yè)文化建設(shè)等七個(gè)方面提出具體任務(wù),并劃分了實(shí)施階段、明確了實(shí)施重點(diǎn),努力保障公司發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略順利實(shí)施。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the increasing encouragement and support to the consulting service industry at the policy level, the engineering consulting industry in China has developed rapidly and the number of enterprises employed has continued to increase, resulting in the increasingly fierce competition among enterprises in the industry. In order to ensure a better survival in the cruel competition, it is particularly necessary to analyze the situation of the industry and update the company's own development ideas in time. This paper focuses on HRTC construction consulting company as a research sample, theoretical analysis combined with empirical analysis, qualitative research combined with quantitative research, actively take the case study, comprehensive research and analysis of the company. This paper analyzes the macro environment of HRTC construction consulting company from the aspects of politics, economy, society and technology, analyzes the industry environment of the company with Porter's five-force model, analyzes the existing resources of the company from the aspects of manpower, market, technology, etc. Marketing, innovation and other aspects of the analysis of the company's own ability, from the training, personnel, rewards and punishments and other aspects of the analysis of corporate system factors, with this "three angles" to the company's internal environment to be three-dimensional and detailed analysis. At the same time, the questionnaire for company staff is designed to find the realistic basis for strategy making through data collation and analysis. Through the analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of the company's resource ability, the analysis result of the enterprise's core competence is obtained. This paper thinks that HRTC construction consulting company should adopt the combination strategy mode of concentrated growth and integrated development, and choose the strategy of business, market competition strategy, brand strategy, etc. Strategic alliance strategy and other four aspects of the company's future development path. Finally, in the implementation of the strategy from the market development, brand building, organizational structure, business strategy, business processes, resource adjustment, corporate culture construction and other seven specific tasks, and divided the implementation phase, clear implementation focus, Strive to ensure the smooth implementation of the company's development strategy.
