【摘要】：改革開放后,中國電視業(yè)經(jīng)歷多次變革,雖取得一定成績,但在管理方式、產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展和節(jié)目內(nèi)容生產(chǎn)方面仍舊存在諸多舊有體制遺留下的問題。作為電視體制改革的重要指標與刻度,國家電視制度設(shè)計的宏觀調(diào)整變化對電視業(yè)發(fā)展和電視體制改革有著至關(guān)重要的作用。 本文通過梳理中國電視制度中管理制度、產(chǎn)業(yè)制度、內(nèi)容制度等相關(guān)制度,分類研究其制度的演變規(guī)律,橫向梳理這些制度并結(jié)合數(shù)據(jù)分析了這些變化對中國電視各方面的影響。再結(jié)合不同的政治、經(jīng)濟、科技和國際背景,嘗試對三類制度演變進行動因分析。通過橫縱兩軸的梳理,作者試著總結(jié)我國電視制度設(shè)計與管理中的過度與缺失。 作者希望通過宏觀梳理電視制度的演變,展示出改革開放三十年中制度的沿革過程,力圖為優(yōu)化我國電視制度制定提供依據(jù),為改善電視生存狀態(tài)提供出路,為電視生產(chǎn)、經(jīng)營主體提供制度趨勢分析,從而有利于當前的電視生產(chǎn)與經(jīng)營。
[Abstract]:After the reform and opening up, China's television industry has experienced many changes, although it has made certain achievements, there are still many problems left over from the old system in the aspects of management mode, industrial development and program content production. As an important indicator and scale of the reform of the television system, the macro-adjustment of the design of the national television system plays an important role in the development of the television industry and the reform of the television system. By combing the management system, industrial system, content system and other related systems in China's television system, this paper classifies and studies the evolution law of its system. Combing these systems horizontally and combining the data to analyze the impact of these changes on all aspects of Chinese television. Combined with different political, economic, scientific and technological and international backgrounds, this paper tries to analyze the causes of the evolution of the three systems. By combing the horizontal and vertical two axes, the author tries to sum up the excessive and missing in the design and management of China's television system. The author hopes to show the evolution of the TV system in the three decades of reform and opening up, to provide the basis for optimizing the TV system in China, to provide a way out for the improvement of the television living state, and to provide a way out for the television production through the macroscopic analysis of the evolution of the television system. The main body of management provides system trend analysis, thus is advantageous to the present television production and the management.
