【摘要】：美國(guó)智庫(kù)ITIF頻繁拋出針對(duì)中國(guó)的所謂"負(fù)和""以鄰為壑"的創(chuàng)新重商主義論調(diào),意欲丑化中國(guó)對(duì)外貿(mào)易政策,歪曲中國(guó)的自主創(chuàng)新戰(zhàn)略,實(shí)質(zhì)上是美國(guó)制衡中國(guó)的"擠壓策略",為美國(guó)"遏制"中國(guó)崛起及尋求制定"新游戲規(guī)則"進(jìn)而謀求自身經(jīng)濟(jì)利益、地緣政治、意識(shí)形態(tài)及霸權(quán)邏輯服務(wù)。中國(guó)只有堅(jiān)持走自主創(chuàng)新之路,深度融入國(guó)際政治經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化,并謀求在國(guó)際經(jīng)濟(jì)政治秩序變革中擁有談判話語(yǔ)權(quán)、規(guī)則制定權(quán)、空間發(fā)展權(quán)及決策權(quán),才能有力回應(yīng)來(lái)自美國(guó)的責(zé)難和妖魔化。
[Abstract]:ITIF, the US think-tank, frequently throws out the so-called "negative and beggar-thy-neighbour" innovation mercantilist view of China in an attempt to demonize China's foreign trade policy and distort China's independent innovation strategy. In essence, it is a "squeezing strategy" for the United States to check and balance China, which serves for the United States to "contain" the rise of China and to seek the "new rules of the game" to pursue its own economic interests, geopolitics, ideology and hegemonic logic. China must adhere to the road of independent innovation, deeply integrate into international political and economic integration, and seek to have the right to negotiate, to make rules, to develop space and to make decisions in the transformation of international economic and political order. To be able to respond to criticism and demonization from the United States.
