【摘要】:中國(guó)—東盟自由貿(mào)易區(qū)能在2010年如期建成,國(guó)家的“一帶一路”建設(shè)也在穩(wěn)步推進(jìn),其中媒體是積極參與者更是推動(dòng)者。中國(guó)與東盟媒體合力促進(jìn)雙方信息的流動(dòng),促進(jìn)雙方在政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)和文化等方面的深入了解?梢哉f(shuō)自貿(mào)區(qū)的發(fā)展過(guò)程就是中國(guó)與東盟通過(guò)媒體交流互動(dòng)而逐漸成熟的過(guò)程。本論文以2013年《廣西日?qǐng)?bào)》為研究樣本,運(yùn)用了文獻(xiàn)研究法、內(nèi)容分析法、訪談法以及蔡雯教授的新聞資源開發(fā)理論,分析了《廣西日?qǐng)?bào)》作為一個(gè)紙媒對(duì)中國(guó)—東盟報(bào)道的新聞資源開發(fā)的現(xiàn)狀,以及存在的不足等。通過(guò)樣本分析發(fā)現(xiàn),《廣西日?qǐng)?bào)》中國(guó)—東盟報(bào)道目前的優(yōu)勢(shì)在于擁有豐富的宏觀環(huán)境資源、與時(shí)俱進(jìn)的媒介資源平臺(tái)以及較有影響的“東盟品牌”等。其不足主要表現(xiàn)在新聞過(guò)于硬處理、信息來(lái)源較依賴官方、報(bào)道態(tài)度一邊倒、傳播內(nèi)向性、報(bào)道范圍狹小等。針對(duì)這些問(wèn)題筆者從新聞資源開發(fā)的實(shí)踐環(huán)節(jié):新聞資源的發(fā)現(xiàn)、新聞資源的鑒別、新聞資源轉(zhuǎn)換以及新聞資源的整合、展示與增值理論方面尋求提升策略。
[Abstract]:China-ASEAN Free Trade area can be completed as scheduled in 2010, and the construction of "Belt and Road" is advancing steadily, in which the media is an active participant and a promoter. China and ASEAN media work together to promote the flow of information between the two sides, and promote mutual understanding in political, economic and cultural aspects. It can be said that the development of the Free Trade Zone is the process of China and ASEAN gradually maturing through media exchanges and interactions. Taking Guangxi Daily as the research sample in 2013, this paper uses literature research method, content analysis method, interview method and Professor Cai Wen's theory of news resources development. This paper analyzes the current situation of the development of news resources reported by Guangxi Daily as a paper medium to China-ASEAN, and its shortcomings. Through the sample analysis, it is found that the advantage of China-ASEAN report at present lies in the rich macro-environment resources, the media resource platform of keeping pace with the times and the more influential "ASEAN brand". Its shortcomings are that the news is too hard to handle, the information source depends on the official, the reporting attitude is one-sided, the transmission is introverted, the scope of the report is narrow, etc. In view of these problems, the author seeks the promotion strategy from the aspects of news resources discovery, news resources identification, news resources conversion and the integration of news resources, display and value-added theory.
