【摘要】：電視民生新聞是指以關(guān)注百姓生活為核心,強(qiáng)調(diào)貼近性和平民話語方式的一種電視新聞樣式。對(duì)于電視民生新聞的分析,可以從廣義和狹義兩個(gè)角度展開。狹義的電視民生新聞是社會(huì)新聞民生化的產(chǎn)物,它所涵蓋的領(lǐng)域主要集中在社會(huì)新聞范疇內(nèi),但是相比于傳統(tǒng)的社會(huì)新聞,民生新聞更強(qiáng)調(diào)貼近性和平民視角。而廣義的電視民生新聞則是涵蓋與百姓生存、生活、生計(jì)有關(guān)的所有新聞內(nèi)容,這樣民生新聞的內(nèi)涵就非常寬廣,可能包括與觀眾相關(guān)的政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、社會(huì)生活等方方面面的信息。市級(jí)電視臺(tái)是指區(qū)別于央視和省級(jí)衛(wèi)視的第三級(jí)電視媒體,也可以稱為城市電視臺(tái)。市級(jí)電視臺(tái)在新聞立臺(tái)的理念下,對(duì)于自辦民生新聞欄目高度重視,同時(shí),由于其在傳播平臺(tái)、欄目覆蓋面和人力財(cái)力資源等方面,都與央視和省級(jí)衛(wèi)視存在較大差距,因此,在民生新聞欄目的發(fā)展上,也呈現(xiàn)出了獨(dú)特的發(fā)展方式和傳播特色,但是也同時(shí)面臨著諸多的問題。本文通過對(duì)于市級(jí)臺(tái)電視民生新聞的研究,重點(diǎn)探討其問題與發(fā)展策略,結(jié)合筆者在長春電視臺(tái)的三年實(shí)際工作經(jīng)驗(yàn),以長春電視臺(tái)的《城市速遞》和《社區(qū)辦事處》為例,同時(shí)結(jié)合其他地區(qū)的優(yōu)秀電視民生新聞欄目,如江蘇城市臺(tái)的《南京零距離》進(jìn)行分析,試圖為市級(jí)電視臺(tái)民生新聞的發(fā)展獻(xiàn)計(jì)獻(xiàn)策。
[Abstract]:Television livelihood news refers to a TV news style which focuses on the people's life and emphasizes the closeness and the way of civilian discourse. The analysis of television livelihood news can be carried out from two angles of broad and narrow sense. The narrow sense of television livelihood news is the product of social news and people's biochemistry, and the areas it covers are mainly concentrated in the society. In the category of news, but compared to the traditional social news, people's livelihood news emphasizes the proximity and the civilian perspective, while the broad sense of the people's livelihood is all the news content that covers the survival, life and livelihood of the people, so that the connotation of the livelihood of the people is very broad, which may include the political, economic and social life related to the audience. The city level TV station refers to the third level TV media that is different from the CCTV and provincial TV. It can also be called the city television station. The city level TV station attaches great importance to the news column of the people's livelihood under the idea of the news stand, at the same time, because of its spread platform, column coverage and manpower and financial resources, and so on, There is a big gap with CCTV and provincial satellite TV. Therefore, in the development of the news column of the people's livelihood, it also presents a unique way of development and communication characteristics, but it also faces many problems at the same time. This paper focuses on the problems and development strategies of the people's livelihood news in the city level, and combines the author in Changchun TV station. The three years' practical work experience, taking the Changchun TV station "urban express delivery > and the community office > as an example, combined with the outstanding TV livelihood news columns in other areas, such as the Nanjing zero distance of Jiangsu City platform, tried to offer suggestions for the development of the municipal television station news."
