【摘要】：歐亞經(jīng)濟(jì)聯(lián)盟是后蘇聯(lián)空間經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化水平最高的國(guó)際組織,其發(fā)展一方面受益于成員國(guó)密切的經(jīng)濟(jì)聯(lián)系、經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化帶來(lái)的巨大經(jīng)濟(jì)利益、各國(guó)政府推進(jìn)聯(lián)盟發(fā)展的戰(zhàn)略方針、統(tǒng)一的歷史及其語(yǔ)言和文化遺產(chǎn)等積極因素的促進(jìn);另一方面也受制于聯(lián)盟內(nèi)部政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)和社會(huì)等負(fù)面因素,以及西方阻止后蘇聯(lián)空間一體化、世界市場(chǎng)不穩(wěn)定及西方對(duì)俄制裁、中亞伊斯蘭極端勢(shì)力與恐怖組織威脅等外部因素的限制。未來(lái),該聯(lián)盟不會(huì)發(fā)展成政治聯(lián)盟或新版本的蘇聯(lián),同時(shí)也不會(huì)成為類似獨(dú)聯(lián)體的松散機(jī)構(gòu)。它將沿著經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化道路前進(jìn),但其規(guī)模與功能的拓展有限,其一體化水平與深度將遜色于歐盟。
[Abstract]:The Eurasian Economic Union (Eurasian Economic Union) is an international organization with the highest level of integration of space economy in the post-Soviet Union. On the one hand, its development benefits from close economic ties among member States, and the economic integration brings enormous economic benefits. The promotion by governments of the strategic approach to the development of the Alliance, the promotion of a unified history and its positive factors such as linguistic and cultural heritage, and, on the other hand, the constraints of negative factors such as political, economic and social factors within the Union, And the restriction of external factors such as the west to prevent the post-Soviet space integration, the instability of the world market and the western sanctions against Russia, the threat of Islamic extremist forces and terrorist organizations in Central Asia, and other external factors. In the future, the union will not develop into a political union or a new version of the Soviet Union, nor will it become a loose institution like the CIS. It will advance along the road of economic integration, but its scale and function will be limited, and its integration level and depth will be inferior to that of the European Union.
