【摘要】：近年來(lái)，隨著亞太經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展，亞太國(guó)家的政治地位與經(jīng)濟(jì)地位日益上升，亞太地區(qū)的戰(zhàn)略格局隨之也發(fā)生深刻變化。亞太國(guó)家的崛起對(duì)整個(gè)世界的政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、軍事和文化產(chǎn)生了重大影響，成為一些主要大國(guó)關(guān)注的戰(zhàn)略重心。作為亞太地區(qū)的主要大國(guó)，安理會(huì)五大常任理事國(guó)中唯一的亞洲國(guó)家，自改革開(kāi)放以來(lái)，中國(guó)政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、軍事等方面的實(shí)力迅速增強(qiáng)，在亞太地區(qū)的影響力也逐漸上升，威脅到了美國(guó)在該地區(qū)的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)地位。中國(guó)的崛起和強(qiáng)大使美國(guó)心存疑慮。美國(guó)總統(tǒng)奧巴馬執(zhí)政不久便高調(diào)宣布“重返亞太”，意欲把握歷史機(jī)遇，將美國(guó)全球戰(zhàn)略出發(fā)點(diǎn)定位于亞太地區(qū)，以維護(hù)和鞏固美國(guó)在該地區(qū)的戰(zhàn)略利益和領(lǐng)導(dǎo)地位。當(dāng)然，美國(guó)此次重返亞太也有防范和遏制中國(guó)的意圖。此次美國(guó)亞太戰(zhàn)略調(diào)整對(duì)該地區(qū)既有的發(fā)展趨勢(shì)產(chǎn)生了重大影響，，亞太地區(qū)的傳統(tǒng)安全狀況、經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展方式、地區(qū)一體化進(jìn)程都開(kāi)始體現(xiàn)出愈發(fā)明顯的美國(guó)烙印，中國(guó)的和平發(fā)展也受到越來(lái)越多的牽制。 為改變這一狀況，超越傳統(tǒng)國(guó)際關(guān)系模式，構(gòu)建新型中美關(guān)系，本文通過(guò)分析美國(guó)亞太戰(zhàn)略調(diào)整的原因以及調(diào)整的內(nèi)容等，闡述了美國(guó)亞太戰(zhàn)略調(diào)整給中國(guó)在政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)和安全這三方面帶來(lái)的影響，進(jìn)而闡釋面對(duì)美國(guó)亞太戰(zhàn)略調(diào)整，中國(guó)應(yīng)該采取的新型應(yīng)對(duì)方略。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rapid development of Asia-Pacific economy, the political and economic status of Asia-Pacific countries is rising day by day, and the strategic pattern of Asia-Pacific region has also undergone profound changes. The rise of Asia-Pacific countries has exerted great influence on the politics, economy, military and culture of the whole world, and has become the strategic focus of some major powers. As a major power in the Asia-Pacific region, the only Asian country among the five permanent members of the Security Council, since the reform and opening up, China's political, economic, military and other strength has increased rapidly, and its influence in the Asia-Pacific region has gradually increased. It threatens America's leadership in the region. The rise and strength of China has cast doubt on the United States. Shortly after he took office, U.S. President Barack Obama announced his "return to the Asia-Pacific region" in a high-profile manner, intending to seize the historical opportunity and position the United States' global strategic starting point at the Asia-Pacific region in order to safeguard and consolidate the United States' strategic interests and leadership position in the region. Of course, the return of the United States to the Asia-Pacific also has the intention to prevent and contain China. The current strategic readjustment of the US Asia-Pacific region has had a significant impact on the existing development trends in the region. The traditional security situation, the mode of economic development, and the process of regional integration in the Asia-Pacific region have all begun to reflect the increasingly obvious brand of the United States. China's peaceful development is also increasingly constrained. In order to change this situation, transcend the traditional mode of international relations, and construct a new type of Sino-US relations, this paper analyzes the reasons and contents of the adjustment of American Asia-Pacific strategy, and expounds the American Asia-Pacific strategic adjustment to China's politics. The economic and security impact, and then explain the United States Asia-Pacific strategic adjustment, China should adopt a new strategy.
