【摘要】：社會主義初級階段是中國特色社會主義理論體系的理論基礎(chǔ),當(dāng)今的中國處于社會主義的初級階段,社會政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)制度還不夠完善,社會事業(yè)起步較晚,存在很多的問題,其中人口老齡化是當(dāng)今中國社會關(guān)注的焦點(diǎn)之一[1]。筆者作為從事老年護(hù)理的一員,就中國養(yǎng)老服務(wù)人才的相關(guān)問題做一些探討。
[Abstract]:The primary stage of socialism is the theoretical basis of the theoretical system of socialism with Chinese characteristics. Today, China is in the primary stage of socialism, the social political and economic systems are not perfect enough, the social undertakings start late, and there are many problems.Among them, population aging is one of the focus of Chinese society [1].As a member of nursing for the aged, the author makes some discussion on the related problems of Chinese old-age service talents.
