【摘要】：城市是生產(chǎn)力發(fā)展到一定階段的產(chǎn)物,是一個(gè)地區(qū)的政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、教育、科技、文化、信息和管理中心。城市的面貌隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展而不斷發(fā)生變化,城市是人類集體勞動(dòng)智慧的結(jié)晶。城市是人類生活和人類文明的載體,城市承載著人類歷史的記憶,是歷史發(fā)展痕跡的見(jiàn)證,其發(fā)展與人民的生活息息相關(guān),城市的健康發(fā)展是馬克思主義政黨不懈努力的目標(biāo)之一。隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)體制改革的不斷深入,城市化發(fā)展進(jìn)程加快,迫切需要科學(xué)理論的指導(dǎo)。為了適應(yīng)當(dāng)今城市化的發(fā)展,迫切需要對(duì)馬克思主義城市發(fā)展理論進(jìn)行研究,無(wú)疑能為我國(guó)城鎮(zhèn)化的發(fā)展和進(jìn)步提供理論借鑒。本文從我國(guó)現(xiàn)階段的國(guó)情出發(fā),運(yùn)用馬克思主義城市發(fā)展理論考察我國(guó)城市發(fā)展的變化,試圖尋找一條適合中國(guó)國(guó)情的城鎮(zhèn)化道路,即中國(guó)特色城鎮(zhèn)化道路。本文分為六個(gè)部分：第一部分即緒論,簡(jiǎn)明扼要地點(diǎn)明文章選題的背景和研究意義,并對(duì)當(dāng)前國(guó)內(nèi)外城市發(fā)展理論的研究現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行簡(jiǎn)要分析與概括,同時(shí)指出文章的創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)及其需要加以改進(jìn)的地方；第二部分即正文第一章,論述了馬克思、恩格斯的城市發(fā)展理論,主要從城市的產(chǎn)生、城市的作用、城鄉(xiāng)關(guān)系和住宅問(wèn)題四個(gè)方面進(jìn)行分析和論述,以期為中國(guó)城市的發(fā)展提供理論指導(dǎo)；第三部分即正文第二章,論述了列寧和斯大林的城市發(fā)展理論,主要從城市中心論、城鎮(zhèn)化的動(dòng)力和城鄉(xiāng)融合的途徑來(lái)進(jìn)行分析和論述。列寧和斯大林在城市的建設(shè)實(shí)踐中不斷豐富和發(fā)展了馬克思主義城市發(fā)展理論,也為中國(guó)城市的建設(shè)提供了理論指導(dǎo)；第四部分即正文第三章,論述了以毛澤東、鄧小平、江澤民、胡錦濤和習(xí)近平為代表的中國(guó)馬克思主義者的城市發(fā)展理論,他們以馬克思主義城市發(fā)展理論為指導(dǎo),立足于中國(guó)的國(guó)情,結(jié)合中國(guó)城鎮(zhèn)化的現(xiàn)狀,對(duì)中國(guó)城鎮(zhèn)化的發(fā)展進(jìn)行探索,逐步形成了具有中國(guó)特色的城市發(fā)展理論,進(jìn)一步豐富和發(fā)展了馬克思主義城市發(fā)展理論；第五部分即正文第四章,本章論述了馬克思主義城市發(fā)展理論的當(dāng)代價(jià)值。在對(duì)馬克思主義城市發(fā)展理論的內(nèi)容進(jìn)行了深刻探討和研究的基礎(chǔ)上,挖掘出這一理論在我國(guó)和諧社會(huì)建設(shè)和城鄉(xiāng)一體化進(jìn)程中所具有的重大意義,也為我國(guó)的社會(huì)主義建設(shè)提供科學(xué)的指導(dǎo)和理論的支持；第六部分為結(jié)論,本章簡(jiǎn)要地概括馬克思主義城市發(fā)展理論必須置于馬克思主義理論體系中去理解和把握。在社會(huì)主義初級(jí)階段,我們只要堅(jiān)持馬克思主義的城市發(fā)展理論,從我國(guó)的實(shí)際出發(fā),遵循城市發(fā)展的客觀規(guī)律,科學(xué)決策,真抓實(shí)干,就一定能夠推動(dòng)我國(guó)城市的健康發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:City is the product of productivity development to a certain stage, is a regional political, economic, education, science and technology, culture, information and management center.With the development of economy, the city is the crystallization of human collective labor wisdom.The city is the carrier of human life and human civilization. It bears the memory of human history and bears witness to the trace of historical development. Its development is closely related to the life of the people.The healthy development of the city is one of the goals of the Marxist political party's unremitting efforts.With the deepening of economic system reform and the acceleration of urbanization, the guidance of scientific theory is urgently needed.In order to adapt to the development of urbanization nowadays, it is urgent to study the theory of Marxist urban development, which can undoubtedly provide theoretical reference for the development and progress of urbanization in China.Based on the current situation of our country, this paper applies the Marxist theory of urban development to investigate the changes of urban development in China, and tries to find a way of urbanization suitable for China's national conditions, that is, the road of urbanization with Chinese characteristics.This paper is divided into six parts: the first part is the introduction, briefly points out the background and research significance of the topic, and briefly analyzes and summarizes the current research situation of urban development theory at home and abroad.At the same time, it points out the innovation of the article and the place that needs to be improved. The second part, the first chapter of the text, discusses Marx and Engels' theory of urban development, mainly from the generation of the city, the function of the city.In order to provide theoretical guidance for the development of Chinese cities, the third part is the second chapter of the text, which discusses Lenin and Stalin's theory of urban development, mainly from the view of urban center.The motive force of urbanization and the way of urban and rural integration are analyzed and discussed.Lenin and Stalin enrich and develop Marxist theory of urban development in the practice of urban construction, and provide theoretical guidance for the construction of Chinese cities.The urban development theory of Chinese Marxists, represented by Jiang Zemin, Hu Jintao and Xi Jinping, is guided by Marxist urban development theory, based on China's national conditions and combined with the current situation of China's urbanization.Exploring the development of urbanization in China, gradually forming the theory of urban development with Chinese characteristics, further enriching and developing Marxist theory of urban development.This chapter discusses the contemporary value of Marxist urban development theory.On the basis of deeply discussing and studying the content of Marxist urban development theory, this paper excavates the great significance of this theory in the process of harmonious society construction and urban-rural integration in our country.It also provides scientific guidance and theoretical support for the construction of socialism in our country. The sixth part is the conclusion that the theory of Marxist urban development must be understood and grasped in the Marxist theoretical system.In the primary stage of socialism, as long as we adhere to the Marxist theory of urban development, proceed from the reality of our country, follow the objective laws of urban development, make scientific decisions, and carry out actual work, we will certainly be able to promote the healthy development of our cities.
