【摘要】：習(xí)近平總書記在"7.26"重要講話~((1))中指出:"我們黨是高度重視理論建設(shè)和理論指導(dǎo)的黨……要在堅(jiān)持馬克思主義基本原理的基礎(chǔ)上,以更寬廣的視野、更長(zhǎng)遠(yuǎn)的眼光來思考和把握國(guó)家未來發(fā)展面臨的一系列重大戰(zhàn)略問題,在理論上不斷拓展新視野、作出新概括。"事實(shí)上,黨的十八大以來,在領(lǐng)導(dǎo)治國(guó)理政的偉大實(shí)踐中,形成了以習(xí)近平總書記系列重要講話精神和黨中央治國(guó)理政新理念新思想新戰(zhàn)略為標(biāo)志的重大理論創(chuàng)新成果,極大地豐富和發(fā)展了當(dāng)代的中國(guó)馬克思主義。恩格斯在談到馬克思的政治經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)時(shí),揭示了創(chuàng)造新的概念和術(shù)語(yǔ)在理論創(chuàng)新中的關(guān)鍵作用,他講道:"一門科學(xué)提出的每一種新見解都包含這門科學(xué)的術(shù)語(yǔ)的革命。"(《〈資本論〉英文版序言》,《馬克思恩格斯文集》第5卷,人民出版社2009年版,第32頁(yè))習(xí)近平在哲學(xué)社會(huì)科學(xué)工作座談會(huì)上指出:"要善于提煉標(biāo)識(shí)性概念,打造易于為國(guó)際社會(huì)所理解和接受的新概念、新范疇、新表述,引導(dǎo)國(guó)際學(xué)術(shù)界展開研究和討論。"(習(xí)近平:《在哲學(xué)社會(huì)科學(xué)工作座談會(huì)上的講話》,《人民日?qǐng)?bào)》,2016年5月19日)這個(gè)論斷闡明了創(chuàng)建中國(guó)特色哲學(xué)社會(huì)科學(xué)的基礎(chǔ)性工作和關(guān)鍵性環(huán)節(jié)。在習(xí)近平總書記的理論創(chuàng)新成果中,實(shí)現(xiàn)中華民族偉大復(fù)興的中國(guó)夢(mèng)、"五位一體"總體布局、"四個(gè)全面"戰(zhàn)略布局、人類命運(yùn)共同體、"一帶一路"倡議等標(biāo)識(shí)性概念,構(gòu)成了新的理論體系的邏輯樞紐,我們需要深入研究和把握。為此,我們組織了幾位同志就這些標(biāo)識(shí)性概念的內(nèi)涵、價(jià)值特別是它們的建構(gòu)方法進(jìn)行了研討,現(xiàn)將這一組成果奉獻(xiàn)出來,以期推進(jìn)對(duì)馬克思主義中國(guó)化最新成果的理論研究。
[Abstract]:In his important speech of July 26, General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out: "our Party is a party that attaches great importance to theoretical construction and theoretical guidance.We should, on the basis of upholding the basic principles of Marxism, think and grasp a series of major strategic issues facing the future development of the country with a broader and longer-term vision, and continue to expand new horizons and make new generalizations in theory. "In fact, since the 18th National Congress of the Party, in the great practice of leading the country and managing government, great theoretical innovations marked by the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping's series of important speeches and the party Central Committee's new ideas, new ideas and strategies for governing the country have been formed.It has greatly enriched and developed contemporary Chinese Marxism.When Engels talked about Marx's political economy, he revealed the key role of creating new concepts and terms in theoretical innovation."every new insight put forward by a science contains a revolution in the terminology of the science," he said. (preface to the English edition of Capital, volume 5 of Marx and Engels, people's Press, 2009,Page 32) Xi Jinping pointed out at the symposium on the work of philosophy and social sciences: "We should be good at refining the concept of identity and creating new concepts, new categories, new expressions, and leading international academia to carry out research and discussions that are easily understood and accepted by the international community."People's Daily: "speech at the Symposium on the work of philosophy and Social Sciences", "People's Daily", May 19, 2016) this thesis clarifies the basic work and key links of establishing philosophy and social science with Chinese characteristics.In the theoretical innovation achievements of General Secretary Chinese Dream, Chinese Dream, who has realized the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation, the overall layout of "five in one", the strategic layout of "four comprehensive", the community of human destiny, the initiative of "Belt and Road", and other identifiable concepts,Constitute the new theoretical system of the logical hub, we need to in-depth study and grasp.Therefore, we have organized several comrades to study the connotation and value of these identifiable concepts, especially their construction methods, and have contributed this group of achievements in order to promote the theoretical research on the latest achievements of Marxism in China.
