【摘要】：古代契約文書以中國(guó)封建社會(huì)政治經(jīng)濟(jì)生活的命脈土地為交換對(duì)象,契約雙方大多屬于民間的或鄉(xiāng)族間的百姓,各時(shí)期政府均有關(guān)于土地契約的法條律令,對(duì)契約活動(dòng)加以管理和保護(hù)。因而契約語(yǔ)言具有日常性、嚴(yán)肅性、廣泛性和通俗性。近些年來(lái)隨著各地契約文書史料的不斷出土和公開(kāi),契約學(xué)的日益漸興,對(duì)契約文書的解讀和研究成為一大熱門,而語(yǔ)言文字作為文本研究的基礎(chǔ),顯得更加重要和迫切。本文選取古代契約文書中“用度”類詞語(yǔ),對(duì)其中主要的二十八個(gè)詞語(yǔ)進(jìn)行輯錄考釋。文中所探討的“用度”類詞語(yǔ)主要依據(jù)詞匯系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行分析,分別從這類詞語(yǔ)的語(yǔ)素特征、語(yǔ)體特征、語(yǔ)用特征、詞性特點(diǎn)的角度對(duì)比研究,同時(shí)結(jié)合歷時(shí)發(fā)展規(guī)律和地域分布特點(diǎn)作了較詳細(xì)的圖表統(tǒng)計(jì)和文字說(shuō)明。從歷時(shí)和共時(shí)的角度對(duì)古代契約文書中“用度”類詞語(yǔ)進(jìn)行了梳理和考察,總結(jié)歸納了該類詞語(yǔ)以及內(nèi)部各成員之間的發(fā)展和演變規(guī)律,考察了其中的方言用詞現(xiàn)象,“用度”類詞語(yǔ)存在時(shí)期上自先秦,下訖明清,各個(gè)時(shí)代都有用例,每個(gè)時(shí)段所體現(xiàn)出的詞語(yǔ)面貌也有同有異。從地域角度對(duì)“用度”類詞語(yǔ)的存在面貌進(jìn)行描述,“用度”類詞語(yǔ)地域分布范圍有廣有窄,地域分布不均,這類詞語(yǔ)呈現(xiàn)出鮮明的地方特色�？傮w上看,這類詞語(yǔ)在發(fā)展過(guò)程中,雙音節(jié)化明顯,具有鮮明的時(shí)代特點(diǎn)、地域特點(diǎn)和語(yǔ)體特點(diǎn)。除此之外,本文還對(duì)比其他傳世文獻(xiàn)中“用度”類詞語(yǔ)的使用情況,綜合分析研究,彌補(bǔ)由于契約文書語(yǔ)料的單一性和特殊性造成的對(duì)詞語(yǔ)發(fā)展研究的影響�！坝枚取鳖愒~語(yǔ)的研究,既對(duì)契約文書的閱讀有幫助,也能為辭書的修訂提供意見(jiàn),補(bǔ)充《漢語(yǔ)大詞典》失收的詞條和義項(xiàng),從而以期達(dá)到為漢語(yǔ)詞匯史的研究做些許補(bǔ)充的希冀。
[Abstract]:The ancient contract documents were exchanged for the vital land of the political and economic life of the feudal society of China. Most of the parties to the contract belonged to the folk or the people of the rural ethnic groups. The government of each period had laws and decrees on the land contract. The contract language is daily, serious, extensive and popular. In recent years, with the unearthed and open history of contract documents, contract studies have become increasingly popular. The interpretation and study of contract documents has become a hot topic, and the language and characters are more important and urgent as the basis of text research. The main twenty-eight words are analyzed according to the lexical system, and the morpheme features, stylistic features and pragmatic features of these words are analyzed respectively. A comparative study of the characteristics of parts of speech, At the same time, combined with diachronic development law and regional distribution characteristics, this paper makes detailed chart statistics and written explanation. From the angle of diachronic and synchronic, this paper combs and inspects the category of "usage" in ancient contract documents. This paper sums up the development and evolution of this kind of words and their internal members, and investigates the phenomenon of dialect words. The existence period of "usage" is from the pre-Qin period, the lower Ming and Qing dynasties, and the useful examples of each era. The appearance of the words reflected in each period is different. From the regional point of view, the existence of the words "degree of use" is described. The scope of regional distribution of the words of "degree of use" is wide and narrow, and the regional distribution is uneven. This kind of words show distinct local characteristics. In general, in the development process of these words, the dicyllabic features are obvious, with distinct characteristics of the times, regions and style. In addition, This paper also compares the usage of "degree" words in other documents, and makes up for the influence of the singularity and particularity of the corpus of contract documents on the study of word development. It can not only help the reading of contract documents, but also provide advice for the revision of dictionaries, and supplement the missing entries and meanings of the Chinese Dictionary, so as to achieve some expectations for the study of the history of Chinese vocabulary.
