【摘要】：中國在改革開放30多年里成功使7億多人擺脫貧困,并一躍成為僅次于美國的世界第二大經(jīng)濟(jì)體。正在渴求擺脫貧困和實(shí)現(xiàn)發(fā)展的非洲國家迫切希望了解、學(xué)習(xí)和借鑒中國在經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展和政治治理方面的經(jīng)驗(yàn)�？傮w來看,兩方面的中國經(jīng)驗(yàn)值得非洲國家關(guān)注:一是實(shí)行漸進(jìn)式改革,擺正了改革、發(fā)展與穩(wěn)定三者的關(guān)系,以與時(shí)俱進(jìn)的"發(fā)展觀"統(tǒng)領(lǐng)發(fā)展大局;二是擁有強(qiáng)有力的、致力于發(fā)展的政府、富有遠(yuǎn)見卓識(shí)的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人以及正確的政策。然而,非洲國家間國情的差異使不同國家對中國經(jīng)驗(yàn)學(xué)習(xí)與借鑒的態(tài)度與重點(diǎn)會(huì)有所不同,平等性、雙向性與適應(yīng)性是推動(dòng)中國經(jīng)驗(yàn)與非洲發(fā)展融合的關(guān)鍵。展望未來,中國經(jīng)驗(yàn)也必然在非洲的發(fā)展過程中,通過與非洲大陸特有的歷史文化傳承及政治經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)生態(tài)相結(jié)合,走出自己的創(chuàng)新發(fā)展之路。
[Abstract]:In the more than 30 years of reform and opening up, China has succeeded in lifting more than 700 million people out of poverty and has leapt to become the world's second largest economy after the United States. African countries eager to extricate themselves from poverty and achieve development are eager to understand. Learn from and learn from China's experience in economic development and political governance. Generally speaking, the two aspects of China's experience deserve the attention of African countries. One is the implementation of gradual reform, which corrects the relationship between reform, development and stability. With the "development view" of the times to lead the overall development; second is to have a strong, committed to development of the government, visionary leaders and the right policy. The differences in the national conditions of African countries make different countries have different attitudes and emphases on learning and learning from China's experience. Equality, bidirectional and adaptability are the keys to promote the integration of China's experience and African development. China's experience must be combined with the historical and cultural heritage and political, economic and social ecology of the African continent in the process of African development, and find its own way of innovation and development.
