【摘要】：隨著全球化進(jìn)程不斷加快,各國(guó)間政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、文化聯(lián)系越來(lái)越緊密。在全球化的發(fā)展下,中國(guó)的傳統(tǒng)文化受到很大的沖擊,“西化”現(xiàn)象嚴(yán)重,文化趨同性越來(lái)越高。改革開(kāi)放以來(lái),中國(guó)建設(shè)一味的強(qiáng)調(diào)以經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)為中心,導(dǎo)致城市建設(shè)丟掉了特色,形成了“千城一面”的現(xiàn)象,文化建設(shè)的滯后,衍生了很多的問(wèn)題。經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展,帶給了人們更好的物質(zhì)生活,但人們?cè)谙硎芪镔|(zhì)生活的時(shí)候,精神世界卻日益空虛,通過(guò)長(zhǎng)期的研究發(fā)現(xiàn),這種現(xiàn)象正是文化建設(shè)滯后引起的問(wèn)題之一,城市的建設(shè)過(guò)程要重視“質(zhì)”和“量”的平衡,才能更“久”更“好”的可持續(xù)發(fā)展。因此,加強(qiáng)清遠(yuǎn)的城市文化競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力建設(shè)研究已迫在眉睫。論文以清遠(yuǎn)市城市文化競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力建設(shè)為研究對(duì)象,試圖通過(guò)對(duì)清遠(yuǎn)市的文化建設(shè)現(xiàn)狀、存在的問(wèn)題及其原因分析,然后提出一些清遠(yuǎn)市文化競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的建設(shè)對(duì)策,以推動(dòng)清遠(yuǎn)市城市更快更好的發(fā)展。全文共分為六章。 第一章是緒論。包括研究背景、研究意義、本文的研究方法及框架等。 第二章內(nèi)容主要是對(duì)文化、城市文化、城市文化競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力、城市文化競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力建設(shè)的內(nèi)涵、特征和功能進(jìn)行說(shuō)明,是本研究的理論基礎(chǔ)。 第三章內(nèi)容主要是清遠(yuǎn)市城市文化建設(shè)現(xiàn)狀分析。根據(jù)全國(guó)城市文化競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系中的部分指標(biāo)對(duì)清遠(yuǎn)市的文化建設(shè)進(jìn)行分析,主要從自然地理環(huán)境和歷史文化資源、文化符號(hào)、文化機(jī)構(gòu)、文化產(chǎn)業(yè)與市場(chǎng)等方面進(jìn)行分析。 第四章主要闡述了清遠(yuǎn)市文化建設(shè)中面臨的問(wèn)題,問(wèn)題主要有城市形象及品牌欠缺、文化基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施不足且分布不均、文化產(chǎn)業(yè)及市場(chǎng)相對(duì)滯后、管理及制度有待完善。分析了導(dǎo)致問(wèn)題存在的原因,主要從物質(zhì)基礎(chǔ)與文化觀念、產(chǎn)業(yè)、制度文化發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略總體規(guī)劃等方面進(jìn)行分析。這一章所述的問(wèn)題是清遠(yuǎn)市城市文化競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力建設(shè)需解決的重要問(wèn)題。 第五章內(nèi)容主要是針對(duì)清遠(yuǎn)市文化競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力建設(shè)過(guò)程中面臨的問(wèn)題,提出一些建議對(duì)策,從管理制度、人才隊(duì)伍培養(yǎng)、文化產(chǎn)業(yè)市場(chǎng)調(diào)節(jié)機(jī)制、以及如何提升城市文化影響力方面進(jìn)行探討研究。 第六章內(nèi)容主要是對(duì)全文進(jìn)行總結(jié),并對(duì)清遠(yuǎn)市城市文化建設(shè)的美好未來(lái)提出展望。
[Abstract]:With the accelerating process of globalization, the political, economic and cultural ties between countries are becoming more and more close. With the development of globalization, the traditional culture of China has been greatly impacted, and the phenomenon of "westernization" is serious. Since the reform and opening up, China's construction has blindly emphasized economic construction as the center, resulting in the loss of the characteristics of urban construction, the formation of a "thousands of cities" phenomenon, cultural construction lags behind. The economic development has brought people a better material life, but when people enjoy the material life, the spiritual world is increasingly empty, which has been discovered through long-term research. This phenomenon is one of the problems caused by the lag of cultural construction. In the process of urban construction, we should pay attention to the balance of "quality" and "quantity" in order to achieve more "long-term" and "better" sustainable development. It is urgent to strengthen the research on the construction of Qingyuan city's cultural competitiveness. This paper takes the construction of Qingyuan city's cultural competitiveness as the research object, and attempts to analyze the present situation, existing problems and reasons of Qingyuan's cultural construction. Then it puts forward some countermeasures to build the cultural competitiveness of Qingyuan City to promote the faster and better development of Qingyuan City. The full text is divided into six chapters. The first chapter is the introduction, including the research background, research significance, research methods and framework of this paper. The second chapter mainly explains the connotation, characteristics and functions of culture, urban culture, urban cultural competitiveness and the construction of urban cultural competitiveness, which is the theoretical basis of this study. The third chapter is mainly about the analysis of the present situation of the city culture construction in Qingyuan city. According to some indexes in the evaluation index system of the national city cultural competitiveness, the paper analyzes the cultural construction of Qingyuan city, mainly from the natural geographical environment and historical and cultural resources. Cultural symbols, cultural institutions, cultural industries and markets are analyzed. The fourth chapter mainly expounds the problems in the cultural construction of Qingyuan City. The main problems are the lack of city image and brand, the insufficient and uneven distribution of cultural infrastructure, and the lag of cultural industry and market. Management and system need to be improved. This paper analyzes the causes of the problems, mainly from the material basis and cultural concepts, industry, In this chapter, the problems mentioned in this chapter are the important problems to be solved in the construction of the cultural competitiveness of Qingyuan city. The fifth chapter is mainly aimed at the problems in the process of cultural competitiveness construction in Qingyuan City, and puts forward some suggestions and countermeasures, including management system, personnel training, market regulation mechanism of cultural industry. And how to enhance the impact of urban culture research. The sixth chapter summarizes the full text and puts forward the prospect of the future of Qingyuan city culture construction.
