【摘要】：國際理解教育自20世紀(jì)40年代以來，隨著國際社會政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、文化的不斷發(fā)展的需要，已經(jīng)開始滲透在世界音樂教育的各個領(lǐng)域。基礎(chǔ)音樂教育作為國民音樂教育的基礎(chǔ)或基石，將國際理解教育的相關(guān)理念運(yùn)用到我國基礎(chǔ)音樂教育過程中來，是培養(yǎng)國民全球化意識以及寬容、多元、溝通等文化教育觀念的重要途徑。本文主體主要分四章來展開闡述與討論，以期對我國基礎(chǔ)音樂教育的改革與發(fā)展有所啟示。 在闡述國際理解教育及其發(fā)展歷程中，作者通過大量文獻(xiàn)查證關(guān)于國際理解教育理念提出、研究的文化歷史背景以及其相關(guān)的內(nèi)涵，并對國際理解教育各個發(fā)展時期的特點(diǎn)以及在當(dāng)前國際音樂教育中的重要性加以詳細(xì)闡述。 在國際理解教育觀念下研究和分析我國的基礎(chǔ)音樂教育，作者主要從基礎(chǔ)音樂教育的課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、教材、教學(xué)過程、課程評價體系及音樂教師研究等幾個層面和維度加以展開。 當(dāng)今世界是一個多元與開放的世界，國際音樂教育學(xué)會自1953年建立以來，其發(fā)展歷程表明，國際理解教育視野中的音樂文化知識觀念和知識體系，已越來越成為“地球村村民”應(yīng)該具備的一種基本的文化素質(zhì)。因此，在國際理解教育的語境中去探討我國的基礎(chǔ)音樂教育的方方面面，對我國基礎(chǔ)音樂教育的改革和轉(zhuǎn)型來說，其意義重大而深遠(yuǎn)。
[Abstract]:International understanding Education since 1940s, with the international social political, economic and cultural development needs, Basic music education, as the foundation or cornerstone of national music education, applies the relevant concepts of international understanding education to the process of basic music education in China. It is an important way to cultivate the national consciousness of globalization, tolerance, pluralism, communication and other cultural and educational concepts. The main body of this paper is divided into four chapters to elaborate and discuss, with a view to enlightening the reform and development of basic music education in China. In the course of expounding the education of international understanding and its development, the author verifies the cultural and historical background of the research on the concept of international understanding education and its relevant connotation through a large number of documents. The characteristics of each development period of international understanding education and its importance in current international music education are expounded in detail. Under the concept of international understanding education, the author studies and analyzes the basic music education in China from several aspects and dimensions, such as curriculum standards, teaching materials, teaching process, curriculum evaluation system and music teachers' research. Today's world is a pluralistic and open world. Since its establishment in 1953, the development of the Institute of Music Education has shown that the concept and system of knowledge of music culture in the vision of international understanding education. It has increasingly become a basic cultural quality for the villagers of the global village. Therefore, in the context of international understanding of education, we should explore all aspects of basic music education in our country. It is of great significance to the reform and transformation of basic music education in China.
