【摘要】:作為公路勘測設(shè)計中需要解決的重要問題,高速公路路線方案綜合比選,是公路建設(shè)前期決定全局的重要工作。路線方案合理與否,直接關(guān)系到項目的地位功能、回收效益、運輸效率等預期效果的發(fā)揮,對項目建成后能否滿足國家政治、經(jīng)濟建設(shè)需要也具有舉足輕重的作用。在高速公路路線方案優(yōu)選過程中,涉及經(jīng)濟、社會、環(huán)境等各方面諸多因素,情況較為復雜,一套科學合理的優(yōu)選評價指標及決策評價方法就顯得尤為重要。因此,研究選取合理的評價指標以及科學可靠的綜合比選方法,以在高速公路建設(shè)初期選取總體效果最優(yōu)且可行性最好的路線方案,具有重要意義。 本文在闡述高速公路選線的概念、分析高速公路選線的控制因素及基本原則的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合高速公路選線的系統(tǒng)特點,基于全面性與重要性相結(jié)合、定性指標與定量指標相結(jié)合等指標體系的設(shè)置原則,從多層次結(jié)構(gòu)出發(fā),在高速公路路線方案影響指標全面系統(tǒng)分析的基礎(chǔ)上,綜合經(jīng)濟、技術(shù)、社會、環(huán)境和安全的等方面,構(gòu)建了全面、系統(tǒng)、綜合的多因素、多層次的高速公路路線方案評價指標體系。 然后,遵循路線方案評價的基本原理,緊扣路線方案優(yōu)選的基本原則,結(jié)合路線方案評價的特點及一般要求與程序,在綜述常用路線方案評價方法的基礎(chǔ)上,綜合考慮路線方案評價過程及結(jié)果的客觀性,探索提出了基于改進熵權(quán)TOPSIS的高速公路路線方案評價方法,建立了高速公路路線方案評價的數(shù)學模型,并基于MATLAB軟件平臺編制了相應的計算機程序。 接著,分析了高速公路選線的步驟及方法,并以福建省永安至武平高速公路為載體,在收集全面的指標數(shù)據(jù)的基礎(chǔ)上,對提出的高速公路路線方案評價指標體系及評價方法進行實例分析。通過實例分析,從3個備選路線方案中綜合比選出最優(yōu)方案,驗證了本所構(gòu)建評價指標體系的實用性和所建立評價模型的可操作性。 最后,回顧前面的相關(guān)研究和實例分析,總結(jié)了本文的主要成果與結(jié)論以及可以進一步研究的問題,并對高速公路路線方案綜合比選方法的發(fā)展前景進行了放眼展望。
[Abstract]:As an important problem to be solved in highway survey and design, the comprehensive comparison and selection of highway route scheme is an important work that determines the overall situation in the early stage of highway construction. Whether the route scheme is reasonable or not is directly related to the status function and recovery benefit of the project. The expected effect of transportation efficiency plays an important role in meeting the needs of national politics and economic construction after the project is completed. In the process of highway route scheme optimization, it involves economy and society. Many factors, such as environment and so on, are more complicated, so a set of scientific and reasonable evaluation index and decision evaluation method are very important. Therefore, it is very important to study and select reasonable evaluation index and scientific and reliable comprehensive selection method. It is of great significance to select the route scheme with the best overall effect and the best feasibility in the early stage of highway construction. On the basis of expounding the concept of expressway route selection, analyzing the control factors and basic principles of expressway route selection, combined with the systematic characteristics of expressway route selection, this paper combines comprehensiveness with importance. The setting principles of the index system, such as the combination of qualitative and quantitative indicators, from the perspective of multi-level structure, on the basis of comprehensive and systematic analysis of the impact indicators of expressway route schemes, and integrating economic, technical, social, environmental and safety aspects, A comprehensive, systematic, comprehensive multi-factor and multi-level evaluation index system of expressway route scheme is constructed. Then, following the basic principle of route scheme evaluation, following the basic principle of route scheme optimization, combining the characteristics and general requirements and procedures of route scheme evaluation, the paper summarizes the common route scheme evaluation methods. Considering the objectivity of the evaluation process and result of the route scheme, the evaluation method of the expressway route scheme based on the improved entropy weight TOPSIS is proposed, and the mathematical model of the expressway route scheme evaluation is established. And based on the MATLAB software platform, the corresponding computer program is compiled. Then, the paper analyzes the steps and methods of highway route selection, and takes Yongan to Wuping Expressway in Fujian Province as the carrier, on the basis of collecting comprehensive index data, The evaluation index system and evaluation method of expressway route scheme are analyzed by examples. Through the example analysis, the optimal scheme is selected from the comprehensive ratio of three alternative route schemes. The practicability of the evaluation index system and the maneuverability of the evaluation model are verified. Finally, this paper reviews the previous research and case analysis, summarizes the main achievements and conclusions of this paper, as well as the problems that can be further studied, and looks forward to the development prospects of the comprehensive comparison and selection method of expressway route scheme.
