【摘要】：在過去的三十多年里,中國經(jīng)濟在改革開放政策的引領(lǐng)下逐步從封閉走向開放、從弱小走向強大,其開放的廣度和深度也在不斷擴大。中國已經(jīng)成為了經(jīng)濟全球化過程中的主動參與者,各個領(lǐng)域正在逐步融入國際市場的分工。在經(jīng)濟全球化的今天,中國的企業(yè)已經(jīng)意識到,企業(yè)的核心競爭力建設的重點應轉(zhuǎn)移到對企業(yè)人才的培育與發(fā)展上。學習型組織概念的引入恰恰順應了當代社會政治經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的需求。學習型組織提倡通過員工個人素質(zhì)的提升、員工學習的不斷深入以及組織內(nèi)部學習體系的不斷創(chuàng)新來達到組織整體競爭力提升的目標。學習型組織的重要作用被越來越多的企業(yè)所重視;學習型組織的構(gòu)建在企業(yè)的人才培養(yǎng)、員工學習能力的提升、價值觀宣導等各個方面起到了積極的作用。本文以TL集團為研究對象,在大量檢索現(xiàn)有文獻的基礎上,借鑒國內(nèi)外專家學者對于學習型組織創(chuàng)建的理論與實踐經(jīng)驗,在對學習型組織構(gòu)建進行深入的理論研究的基礎上,結(jié)合TL集團學習型組織構(gòu)建的操作實踐分析,以專題研究的方式,試圖剖析TL集團構(gòu)建學習型組織的現(xiàn)狀、構(gòu)建過程中存在的問題以及構(gòu)建的環(huán)節(jié)與措施,力爭為TL集團在構(gòu)建學習型組織的過程中提供理論依據(jù)和實踐指導。對于TL集團來說,未來成功的組織模式——學習型組織的建設還任重道遠,在其發(fā)展、壯大的過程中既不能囫圇吞棗、照搬照抄,更不能流于形式、只為一時之需,而要根據(jù)自身的實際情況和發(fā)展水平來逐步構(gòu)建適合自己的學習型組織,還應在借鑒國外先進理論和實際經(jīng)驗的同時,努力形成自己的新思路、新方法。
[Abstract]:In the past 30 years or so, under the guidance of the policy of reform and opening up, China's economy has gradually moved from closed to open, from weak to strong. China has become an active participant in the process of economic globalization, and various fields are gradually integrating into the division of labor in the international market. In today's economic globalization, Chinese enterprises have realized that, The emphasis of the construction of enterprise's core competence should be shifted to the cultivation and development of enterprise talents. The introduction of the concept of learning-type organization conforms to the needs of contemporary social political and economic development. The learning-type organization advocates the adoption of staff. The improvement of personal quality, The continuous deepening of staff learning and the continuous innovation of the learning system within the organization to achieve the goal of enhancing the overall competitiveness of the organization. The important role of learning organization has been paid more and more attention to by more and more enterprises; The construction of learning organization has played a positive role in the cultivation of talents, the improvement of employees' learning ability, the promotion of values, etc. In this paper, TL Group is taken as the research object, and on the basis of searching a large number of existing documents, Based on the theoretical and practical experience of the establishment of learning organization at home and abroad, and on the basis of in-depth theoretical research on the construction of learning organization, combined with the operation practice analysis of TL group learning organization construction, this paper analyzes the theory and practice of the construction of learning organization in TL group. This paper attempts to analyze the present situation of TL group's construction of learning organization, the problems existing in the process of construction, and the steps and measures of its construction. To provide theoretical basis and practical guidance for TL group in the process of constructing learning organization. For TL group, the construction of learning organization, a successful organization mode in the future, still has a long way to go, and its development is still a long way to go. In the process of expansion, we should not swallow, copy, or become a mere formality, but should gradually construct a learning organization suitable for ourselves according to our actual situation and level of development. At the same time, we should try our best to form our own new ideas and methods while drawing lessons from foreign advanced theories and practical experiences.
