【摘要】：在全球化時代,大國之間的博弈格局也將變得更加復(fù)雜化。西方發(fā)動"顏色革命"的實質(zhì)就是打破現(xiàn)有大國博弈的均衡,建立新的利益格局。西方發(fā)動的"顏色革命"不是傳統(tǒng)意義上的革命形態(tài),更沒有出現(xiàn)政權(quán)的變化和社會制度的更迭,只是發(fā)生了權(quán)利的交割和轉(zhuǎn)移,不具備革命的本質(zhì)屬性。"顏色革命"的實質(zhì)就是大國博弈。透過"顏色革命"爆發(fā)的實質(zhì)可以看出,這是美國民主陰謀東進(jìn)擴(kuò)張計劃的一部分,是美國對他國實施殖民化的過程。事實證明,"顏色革命"沒有真正改變國內(nèi)的政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)和文化狀況,甚至導(dǎo)致更深層次的危機(jī)。在主導(dǎo)政治走向的力量上,中國和俄羅斯將聯(lián)手防范美國策劃的"顏色革命"發(fā)生和蔓延。作為發(fā)展中國家的大國,中國要全面分析和了解西方國家民主的本質(zhì),認(rèn)清美國鼓吹民主普適性的虛偽性,借助"顏色革命"來干涉他國內(nèi)政的真實用意,警惕西方民主意識在我國的滲透,從而為我國的社會主義民主政治制度建設(shè)提供有價值的風(fēng)險防范對策。
[Abstract]:In the era of globalization, the game pattern between the big powers will become more complicated. The essence of the "color revolution" launched by the West is to break the balance of the game between the great powers. The "color revolution" launched by the West is not a revolutionary form in the traditional sense, let alone a change in political power and a change in social system, but the transition and transfer of rights. The essence of the "color revolution" is a great power game. Through the essence of the "color revolution", we can see that this is part of the American democratic plot to expand eastward. It is the process of colonization of other countries by the United States. Facts have proved that the "color revolution" has not really changed the domestic political, economic and cultural conditions, and even led to a deeper crisis. China and Russia will jointly guard against the occurrence and spread of the "color revolution" planned by the United States. As a big power in developing countries, China should comprehensively analyze and understand the essence of democracy in western countries, and clearly understand the hypocrisy of the United States in advocating the universality of democracy. With the help of the "color revolution" to interfere in the internal affairs of other countries, we should guard against the infiltration of the western democratic consciousness in our country, thus providing valuable countermeasures for the construction of the socialist democratic political system in our country.
