【摘要】："科研誠信范式"是在批判繼承"默頓范式"、"科研過程誠信"以及美國國會CRI相關(guān)思想基礎(chǔ)上而得以確立的。作為一種培育負責(zé)任研究行為的倫理文化環(huán)境,科研誠信具有科學(xué)家個體與科研機構(gòu)或組織等雙層內(nèi)涵,并受到來自社會政治、經(jīng)濟、文化、教育等外部環(huán)境因素的影響。其在認識論上不僅能合理解釋和預(yù)測科研不端行為的演變機制,而且在方法論上能正確引導(dǎo)政府與非政府組織、科研機構(gòu)的相關(guān)政策設(shè)計以及科研人員的行為,特別是自2007年以來的四屆世界科研誠信會議,逐步形成了科研誠信的全球共識及其實踐的國際拓展新趨勢。
[Abstract]:The paradigm of scientific research integrity is established on the basis of critically inheriting the Merton paradigm, the integrity of scientific research process and the relevant thoughts of CRI in the United States Congress. It is regarded as an ethical and cultural environment for the cultivation of responsible research behavior. The integrity of scientific research has dual connotations, such as individual scientist and scientific research institution or organization, and has been received from social politics, economy, culture, etc. In epistemology, it can not only reasonably explain and predict the evolution mechanism of scientific research misconduct, but also can correctly guide the government and non-governmental organizations in methodology. The related policy design of scientific research institutions and the behavior of researchers, especially the four World Conference on Scientific Integrity since 2007, have gradually formed the global consensus of scientific research integrity and the new trend of international development of its practice.
