【摘要】：堯壩古鎮(zhèn)是四川省歷史文化名鎮(zhèn),曾經(jīng)作為歷史時(shí)期的政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、文化、商業(yè)等發(fā)展中心地,古鎮(zhèn)內(nèi)擁有歷史建筑樣式多樣、歷史傳統(tǒng)文化氛圍濃厚的特點(diǎn)。但隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)的不斷發(fā)展、各種自然以及歷史原因,古鎮(zhèn)的歷史景觀、歷史建筑等資源正在不斷流失,現(xiàn)存的歷史景觀和歷史建筑顯得更加珍貴。堯壩古鎮(zhèn)位于川黔南部,處于瀘州與赤水兩市往來要道的中心位置,有一條長(zhǎng)約1000米的青石板古街道,街道兩側(cè)共有建筑265棟,其中139棟是保存較好的古建筑,最為代表的建筑為古民居群、明朝古廟東岳廟、清嘉慶建筑大鴻米店、清代進(jìn)士牌坊等。古鎮(zhèn)匯集了川黔兩省的古風(fēng)民俗和歷史文化,是遠(yuǎn)近聞名的影視基地和佛教圣地。本文主要以四川省堯壩古鎮(zhèn)為例,經(jīng)過實(shí)地調(diào)研走訪,古鎮(zhèn)當(dāng)前保護(hù)現(xiàn)狀不容樂觀,主要體現(xiàn)在市民保護(hù)意識(shí)欠缺、政府保護(hù)政策不完善、再加上受到歷史人為、戰(zhàn)亂破壞以及自然風(fēng)化等因素的影響,古鎮(zhèn)歷史景觀和歷史建筑破損較為嚴(yán)重。古鎮(zhèn)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展相對(duì)滯后,居住條件差、配套設(shè)施建設(shè)不完善、人口老齡化、改建搭建等現(xiàn)象和問題突出,各種傳統(tǒng)民俗習(xí)慣、傳統(tǒng)文化也在不斷遺失。本文主要針對(duì)堯壩古鎮(zhèn)的歷史景觀、歷史建筑、古街巷、傳統(tǒng)文化等為研究對(duì)象,首先通過對(duì)堯壩古鎮(zhèn)實(shí)地進(jìn)行深入調(diào)查及相關(guān)資料收集,證明古鎮(zhèn)的存在和保護(hù)價(jià)值;根據(jù)調(diào)查結(jié)果列舉古鎮(zhèn)保護(hù)中存在的突出問題,指出保護(hù)和再利用問題的緊迫性;最后從景觀設(shè)計(jì)的角度針對(duì)性提出再利用設(shè)計(jì)設(shè)想方案構(gòu)想。目前,古鎮(zhèn)的保護(hù)和再利用問題是當(dāng)前相關(guān)部門和學(xué)術(shù)界討論的熱點(diǎn)問題,重點(diǎn)是如何合理解決保護(hù)和再利用之間的問題。本文針對(duì)堯壩古鎮(zhèn)的實(shí)際情況,總結(jié)以往有關(guān)古鎮(zhèn)保護(hù)與再利用的成功經(jīng)驗(yàn),避免千篇一律翻版式的設(shè)計(jì)思路和方案。
[Abstract]:Yao Ba ancient town is a famous historical and cultural town in Sichuan Province. It was once the political, economic, cultural and commercial development center of the historical period. The ancient town has a variety of historical architectural styles. But with the continuous development of economy, all kinds of natural and historical reasons, the historical landscape, historical buildings and other resources of the ancient town are constantly losing. The existing historical landscape and historical buildings are all the more precious. The ancient town of Yaoba is located in the south of Sichuan and Guizhou, at the center of the main road between Luzhou and Chishui, and there is an ancient Qingshi street about 1,000 meters long. There are 265 buildings on both sides of the street. Of these, 139 are ancient buildings with better preservation, and the most representative buildings are ancient folk houses, the ancient temples of the Ming Dynasty, the Dongyue Temple in the Ming Dynasty, the Dahong Midian Building in the Qing Dynasty, the Jinshi archway of the Qing Dynasty, and so on. The ancient towns bring together the ancient customs, customs and historical culture of the Sichuan and Guizhou provinces. This article mainly takes the ancient town of Yaoba in Sichuan Province as an example, after field investigation and visit, the current status of the protection of the ancient town is not optimistic, mainly reflected in the lack of awareness of the protection of the citizens, the government protection policy is not perfect, In addition, affected by historical human activities, war damage and natural weathering, the historical landscape and historical buildings in ancient towns are seriously damaged. The economic development of ancient towns is relatively lagging, the living conditions are poor, and the construction of supporting facilities is not perfect. The phenomena and problems of aging population, rebuilding and building are prominent, and all kinds of traditional folk customs and traditional culture are constantly lost. This paper mainly focuses on the historical landscape, historical buildings, ancient streets and alleys, traditional culture and so on of the ancient town of Yaoba. Firstly, the existence and protection value of the ancient town is proved by in-depth investigation and related data collection, and the urgency of the protection and reuse problem is pointed out according to the survey results. Finally, from the point of view of landscape design, the concept of reuse design is put forward. At present, the protection and reuse of ancient towns is a hot issue discussed by relevant departments and academic circles. The emphasis is on how to reasonably solve the problem between protection and reuse. According to the actual situation of the ancient town of Yaoba, this paper summarizes the successful experience of the protection and reuse of the ancient town in the past, and avoids the stereotyped design ideas and schemes.
