【摘要】：當(dāng)今我們所處的這個(gè)時(shí)代,是科學(xué)技術(shù)大發(fā)展的時(shí)代�？萍寂c道德之間的關(guān)系問(wèn)題不僅是科技哲學(xué)領(lǐng)域一個(gè)重點(diǎn)研究的問(wèn)題,同時(shí)也會(huì)常常出現(xiàn)在公眾的生活當(dāng)中�？萍际且话央p刃劍,一方面它在極大地滿足人們物質(zhì)需求,另一方面,它又給政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)等社會(huì)生活的各個(gè)領(lǐng)域尤其是思想道德領(lǐng)域帶來(lái)了巨大的挑戰(zhàn)和沖擊,科學(xué)技術(shù)的迅速發(fā)展和科技成果的廣泛運(yùn)用過(guò)程或多或少的都與人類既有的道德觀念發(fā)生了沖突。比如,當(dāng)今生物技術(shù)的發(fā)展特別基因工程技術(shù)的普遍應(yīng)用就給社會(huì)大眾帶來(lái)了一定程度的道德恐慌。在這種困境下,我們有必要認(rèn)真審視當(dāng)代科學(xué)技術(shù)與道德的關(guān)系,分析科學(xué)技術(shù)對(duì)道德的雙重影響,探討影響二者協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展的相關(guān)因素,找出二者之間協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展的正確路徑。本文基于以上時(shí)代背景主要圍繞以下幾點(diǎn)展開(kāi):首先,從分析科學(xué)技術(shù)與道德的辯證關(guān)系入手,闡述文章涉及的科學(xué)技術(shù)、道德的相關(guān)概念。同時(shí),指出科學(xué)技術(shù)與道德的關(guān)系是一種辯證統(tǒng)一的關(guān)系,二者既是相互聯(lián)系、相互包含、相互滲透的,又是相互區(qū)別、相互沖突的。其次,具體分析了科學(xué)技術(shù)對(duì)道德的影響�？茖W(xué)技術(shù)對(duì)道德既能產(chǎn)生正面、積極的影響,又會(huì)帶來(lái)負(fù)面、消極的影響,科學(xué)技術(shù)的發(fā)展既是道德進(jìn)步的源泉和動(dòng)力,同時(shí)又引發(fā)了人與自然、人與社會(huì)及人與人關(guān)系的沖突,導(dǎo)致道德滑坡問(wèn)題的產(chǎn)生,并從道德觀念形成的相對(duì)穩(wěn)定性、科學(xué)活動(dòng)中人文精神的缺失、科技從業(yè)者的責(zé)任的缺失、對(duì)科技活動(dòng)的道德評(píng)價(jià)機(jī)制不完善等多方面分析了科技發(fā)展與道德發(fā)展失衡的原因。最后,結(jié)合科學(xué)技術(shù)與道德的關(guān)系及對(duì)道德的影響,本文從多個(gè)角度提出了科學(xué)技術(shù)與道德和諧發(fā)展的路徑。比如:在素質(zhì)教育的基礎(chǔ)上努力促進(jìn)科學(xué)精神和人文精神的融合,并在次基礎(chǔ)上還要不斷更新科學(xué)技術(shù)觀、文化觀、全球利益觀,強(qiáng)化科技工作者的社會(huì)責(zé)任和科學(xué)責(zé)任,還需要加強(qiáng)科技立法,完善道德制度保障,使科技進(jìn)步的同時(shí)道德也隨之發(fā)展,力爭(zhēng)最終實(shí)現(xiàn)科學(xué)技術(shù)與道德之間的協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Today we are living in an era of great development of science and technology. The relationship between science and technology and morality is not only a key issue in the field of philosophy of science and technology. Technology is a double-edged sword. On the one hand, it greatly meets people's material needs, on the other hand, it gives politics. Various fields of social life, such as the economy, especially the ideological and moral field, have brought great challenges and shocks. The rapid development of science and technology and the extensive application of scientific and technological achievements have more or less conflicted with the existing moral concepts of mankind. For example, The development of biotechnology today, especially the widespread application of genetic engineering technology, has brought a certain degree of moral panic to the general public. In this predicament, it is necessary for us to carefully examine the relationship between modern science and technology and morality. This paper analyzes the dual influence of science and technology on morality, probes into the relevant factors that affect their coordinated development, and finds out the correct path of their coordinated development. This paper, based on the background of the above times, mainly focuses on the following points: first, Starting with the analysis of the dialectical relationship between science and technology and morality, this paper expounds the related concepts of science and technology and morality. At the same time, it points out that the relationship between science and technology and morality is a dialectical and unified relationship, both of which are related to each other. It contains, penetrates, distinguishes and conflicts with each other. Secondly, it analyzes the impact of science and technology on morality. Science and technology can have positive, positive, negative and negative effects on morality. The development of science and technology is not only the source and motive force of moral progress, but also the conflict between man and nature, between man and society and between man and man. The reasons for the imbalance between the development of science and technology and the development of morality are analyzed from the following aspects: the lack of humanistic spirit in scientific activities, the lack of responsibility of science and technology practitioners, and the imperfection of the moral evaluation mechanism of scientific and technological activities. Combined with the relationship between science and technology and morality and its influence on morality, this paper puts forward the path of harmonious development of science and technology and morality from many angles. For example, on the basis of quality education, we try to promote the fusion of scientific spirit and humanistic spirit. On the basis of this, we should constantly renew the views of science and technology, culture, global interests, strengthen the social and scientific responsibilities of science and technology workers, and strengthen the legislation of science and technology, and improve the protection of the moral system. Make the progress of science and technology at the same time morals also develop with it, strive to realize the harmonious development between science and technology and morality.
