【摘要】：中美之間存在非對稱相互依賴的關系,主要反映在外交、貿(mào)易、投資、經(jīng)濟自由化與技術等領域,不過這種非對稱相互依賴正隨美國世界霸權地位的逐漸削弱、中國世界政治經(jīng)濟地位的漸趨增強而發(fā)生演變。文章通過構建聲譽模型,試圖闡釋中美非對稱相互依賴及其權力變遷的過程。文章認為這一過程可以分為美國占絕對優(yōu)勢、顯著優(yōu)勢、相對明顯優(yōu)勢、比較優(yōu)勢四個階段。根據(jù)國際政治經(jīng)濟學理論,文章指出兩國非對稱相互依賴及其權力變遷的根本原因在于兩國政治與市場的交互影響、要素比較優(yōu)勢的動態(tài)差異,其中市場體量尤其是中國市場體量是決定中美權力資源配置的關鍵要素。雖然目前在中美雙邊關系中美國仍處于有利位勢,但是中國的權力位勢正在逐步增加。文章通過格蘭杰因果檢驗證實,中美政治權力與經(jīng)濟權力存在雙向因果關系,這種關系是推動中美權力變遷的內(nèi)在動力。文章認為,中美外交關系的改善、中國經(jīng)濟自由化的擴大、投資權力的增強和技術實力的上升,有助于增強中國在國際上的政治與經(jīng)濟權力;中方應抓住非對稱相互依賴變遷中有利于中國變化的趨勢,積極推進對美合作共贏戰(zhàn)略,將中美關系引向?qū)ΨQ依賴方向發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:There is an asymmetric interdependence between China and the United States, mainly reflected in the fields of diplomacy, trade, investment, economic liberalization and technology. However, this asymmetric interdependence is gradually weakening with the United States' hegemonic position in the world. China's political and economic status in the world has gradually increased and evolved. This paper attempts to explain the process of asymmetric interdependence between China and the United States and its power transition. The paper argues that this process can be divided into the absolute advantage of the United States, the significant advantage, and the relative obvious advantage. According to the theory of international political economy, this paper points out that the fundamental cause of asymmetric interdependence and power transition between the two countries lies in the interaction between politics and market. The dynamic difference of the comparative advantage of elements, among which the market volume, especially the Chinese market volume, is the key factor to determine the allocation of power resources between China and the United States, although the United States is still in a favorable position in the bilateral relations between China and the United States. However, the power potential of China is gradually increasing. The Granger causality test proves that there is a two-way causal relationship between political power and economic power in China and the United States. The article holds that the improvement of Sino-US diplomatic relations, the expansion of China's economic liberalization, the enhancement of investment power and the rise of technological strength. Help to strengthen China's political and economic power in the international arena; China should grasp the changing trend of asymmetric interdependence, actively promote the win-win strategy for cooperation with the United States, and lead Sino-US relations to the direction of symmetrical dependence.
