【摘要】：當(dāng)前，我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展，人民生活水平日益提高，社會(huì)矛盾卻十分尖銳，各種暴力犯罪頻頻發(fā)生，恐怖犯罪也顯露危害，社會(huì)治安受到威脅，群眾權(quán)益受到侵害，作為維護(hù)國(guó)家安全、保障人民安居樂(lè)業(yè)的警察面臨著難度的考驗(yàn)。依法治國(guó)進(jìn)程正在加快，公開(kāi)監(jiān)督體系逐步完善，在嚴(yán)要求、高標(biāo)準(zhǔn)下的警察執(zhí)法工作面臨著精度的挑戰(zhàn)。在考驗(yàn)之下，警察職業(yè)壓力達(dá)到空前，而由職業(yè)壓力產(chǎn)生的一系列的后果也愈發(fā)明顯，輕則出現(xiàn)負(fù)面情緒，身體處于亞健康，重則害人害己，違法行為頻發(fā)，直接影響到警察個(gè)體的健康發(fā)展，嚴(yán)重制約著警察職能作用的正常發(fā)揮，，極大威脅了國(guó)家和諧穩(wěn)定發(fā)展和人民安居樂(lè)業(yè)，因此警察職業(yè)壓力的研究有著非常重要的實(shí)際意義。 本文介紹了警察、警察職業(yè)、警察職業(yè)壓力有關(guān)概念以及警察職業(yè)壓力特點(diǎn)，闡述了個(gè)體--環(huán)境匹配理論、交互理論、工作家庭邊界理論、激勵(lì)理論等理論的具體內(nèi)容及對(duì)于緩解警察職業(yè)壓力的指導(dǎo)意義。 在濱州市公安局警察心理調(diào)查報(bào)告基礎(chǔ)上，描述了濱州市警察職業(yè)壓力現(xiàn)狀三方面的表現(xiàn)：工作方面包括工作強(qiáng)度大、非公安任務(wù)多、待遇保障低、犧牲傷亡多、額外考核培訓(xùn)增多；心理方面包括情緒暴躁緊張焦慮、畏難怵頭自我壓抑、人際敏感工作怠倦；身體方面包括亞健康普遍、重大疾病多等，并放眼全國(guó)警察表現(xiàn)出來(lái)相類似的問(wèn)題。 從工作形勢(shì)、公共關(guān)系建設(shè)、制度保障等方面分析了產(chǎn)生這一系列警察職業(yè)壓力現(xiàn)狀的原因和問(wèn)題所在，著重從警力少工作多、工作危險(xiǎn)性、工作配槍和法律定位分析了當(dāng)前工作形勢(shì)；從群眾支持、公眾導(dǎo)向、警察權(quán)益侵害、信息公開(kāi)分析了公共關(guān)系建設(shè)方面存在的問(wèn)題；從政治經(jīng)濟(jì)、裝備保障、心理服務(wù)、權(quán)益維護(hù)分析了警察組織制度的問(wèn)題，為提出對(duì)策和改進(jìn)措施打下基礎(chǔ)。 改善緩解警察職業(yè)壓力可行合理的措施主要是從警察法修訂、增設(shè)襲警罪、科學(xué)用警、增加培訓(xùn)等方面提出了建設(shè)警察保障體系，從政治經(jīng)濟(jì)保障、從優(yōu)待警、職業(yè)健康、警察文化等方面提出健全內(nèi)部管理機(jī)制，從樹(shù)立警察形象、加大警務(wù)公開(kāi)、啟動(dòng)新聞發(fā)言人、打造民生警務(wù)等方面提出加強(qiáng)公共關(guān)系建設(shè)。
[Abstract]:At present, with the economic development of our country, the people's living standard is improving day by day, but the social contradiction is very sharp, each kind of violent crime frequently occurs, the terrorist crime also reveals the harm, the social order is threatened, the masses' rights and interests are infringed. As a national security, to ensure that the people live and work in peace and contentment, the police are facing a difficult test. The process of governing the country according to law is speeding up, the public supervision system is gradually improving, and strict requirements. The police law enforcement work under the high standard faces the challenge of precision. Under the test, the police professional pressure has reached unprecedented, and a series of consequences produced by the professional pressure are becoming more and more obvious, the light appears the negative emotion. Body in sub-health, serious harm to others, frequent illegal acts, directly affect the healthy development of the individual police, serious constraints on the normal role of the police function. It threatens the harmonious and stable development of the country and the people living and working in peace and contentment, so the study of police professional pressure has very important practical significance. This paper introduces the concepts of police, police profession, police professional pressure and the characteristics of police professional stress, and expounds the theory of individual-environment matching, interaction theory and work-family boundary theory. The specific contents of incentive theory and its guiding significance for relieving police professional pressure. On the basis of the police psychological investigation report of Binzhou Public Security Bureau, this paper describes three aspects of the present situation of the police occupational pressure in Binzhou: the work includes the work intensity, the non-public security task is many, and the salary guarantee is low. More casualties were sacrificed, and the additional assessment and training increased; Psychological aspects include emotional irritability, tension and anxiety, fear of fear of self-depression, interpersonal sensitivity work tiredness; Physical aspects include prevalence of sub-health, major diseases, and the national police show similar problems. From the work situation, public relations construction, system security and other aspects, this paper analyzes the causes and problems of the present situation of police professional pressure, especially from the police force less work, work dangerous. The present working situation is analyzed with the work gun and the legal position. The problems existing in the construction of public relations are analyzed from the aspects of mass support, public guidance, infringement of police rights and interests, and information publicity. This paper analyzes the problems of the police organization system from the aspects of politics and economy, equipment support, psychological service and rights and interests maintenance, and lays a foundation for putting forward countermeasures and improving measures. The feasible and reasonable measures to improve and alleviate the professional pressure of the police are mainly from the police law revision, the addition of the crime of attacking the police, the scientific use of the police, the increase of training, and so on to put forward the construction of the police security system, from the political and economic security. From the preferential treatment of police, occupational health, police culture and other aspects of sound internal management mechanism, from the establishment of the image of the police, increased police openness, start the press spokesman. Building people's livelihood policing and other aspects proposed to strengthen the construction of public relations.
