【摘要】：在當(dāng)前兩岸關(guān)系結(jié)構(gòu)性矛盾短期內(nèi)無法真正化解,以及外部勢力介入持續(xù)存在的情況下,"臺(tái)獨(dú)"勢力在臺(tái)灣的社會(huì)基礎(chǔ)就無法得到根本性消除。在此特殊情勢下,"臺(tái)獨(dú)"勢力在未來相當(dāng)長的時(shí)期內(nèi),將會(huì)在島內(nèi)政治生態(tài)中持續(xù)存在,并對(duì)兩岸關(guān)系和平發(fā)展產(chǎn)生重大的干擾與破壞性作用。而綠營重返執(zhí)政后,隨著"臺(tái)獨(dú)"勢力在島內(nèi)的政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、社會(huì)等生存環(huán)境大為改觀,"臺(tái)獨(dú)"勢力的組織形態(tài)、世代更替以及運(yùn)作模式都出現(xiàn)了新的發(fā)展態(tài)勢,"臺(tái)獨(dú)"風(fēng)險(xiǎn)及其社會(huì)影響也大為增強(qiáng)。盡管"臺(tái)獨(dú)"的發(fā)展趨向受制于多種因素,但中國大陸的崛起以及兩岸實(shí)力對(duì)比的顯著變化,仍然是制約"臺(tái)獨(dú)"勢力冒險(xiǎn)與沖動(dòng)的根本性因素。
[Abstract]:At present, the structural contradictions between the two sides of the strait cannot really be resolved in the short term, and the involvement of external forces continues to exist. The social foundation of the "Taiwan independence" forces in Taiwan cannot be fundamentally eliminated, and under such special circumstances, the "Taiwan independence" forces will continue to exist in the island's political ecology for a long time to come. After the Green Camp returned to power, with the political, economic, social and other living environment of the "Taiwan independence" forces on the island greatly improved. The organizational form of the "Taiwan independence" forces, the replacement of generations, and the operation mode have all shown a new development trend, and the risks of "Taiwan independence" and its social impact have also greatly increased, although the development trend of "Taiwan independence" is subject to many factors. However, the rise of mainland China and the significant changes in the cross-straits power ratio are still the fundamental factors restricting the risk-taking and impulse of the "Taiwan independence" forces.
