【摘要】：縱觀人類發(fā)展史，人們?cè)谡J(rèn)識(shí)自然、改造自然的過程中，創(chuàng)造出了燦爛輝煌的文明，經(jīng)歷了原始文明、農(nóng)業(yè)文明、工業(yè)文明的發(fā)展時(shí)期。進(jìn)入21世紀(jì)以來，隨著生產(chǎn)力與生產(chǎn)水平的不斷提高，人類的主觀能動(dòng)性更加充分地發(fā)揮出來，開始對(duì)工業(yè)文明所產(chǎn)生的生態(tài)后果及人類賴以生存的環(huán)境的前進(jìn)方向進(jìn)行反思。針對(duì)人民群眾日益增長的對(duì)美好環(huán)境的需求與生態(tài)環(huán)境問題日益嚴(yán)峻的現(xiàn)實(shí)之間的矛盾，中國共產(chǎn)黨站在經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展全局的戰(zhàn)略高度，從國家和人民的根本利益出發(fā)，以馬列主義、毛澤東思想、中國特色社會(huì)主義理論為指導(dǎo)，提出了建設(shè)社會(huì)主義生態(tài)文明的重大戰(zhàn)略思想。這樣，中國共產(chǎn)黨就在借鑒馬克思主義生態(tài)觀、中國傳統(tǒng)生態(tài)倫理思想和批判吸收西方環(huán)保思潮的基礎(chǔ)上，形成了具有中國特色的生態(tài)文明觀。 本文共分為六部分。第一部分：引言部分，簡單介紹了我國生態(tài)文明面臨的國際背景，以及國內(nèi)外關(guān)于生態(tài)文明思想的研究現(xiàn)狀、研究方法。第二部分：闡明中國共產(chǎn)黨生態(tài)文明觀產(chǎn)生的現(xiàn)實(shí)條件。通過考察馬克思主義生態(tài)理論、中國傳統(tǒng)生態(tài)倫理思想和西方環(huán)保思潮，分析了中國共產(chǎn)黨生態(tài)文明觀形成的思想來源。第三部分：主要對(duì)中國共產(chǎn)黨的不同領(lǐng)導(dǎo)集體在探索社會(huì)主義建設(shè)過程中的生態(tài)文明思想進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)梳理，從縱向上考察中國共產(chǎn)黨生態(tài)文明觀的形成、發(fā)展過程，闡述了環(huán)境問題從被重視到正式提出再到納入五位一體的規(guī)劃中。在此基礎(chǔ)上，總結(jié)不同領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人生態(tài)文明思想的共同特征，即具有內(nèi)在的一致性，，都是在繼承的基礎(chǔ)上不斷創(chuàng)新發(fā)展，共同構(gòu)成了中國共產(chǎn)黨的生態(tài)文明觀。第四部分：分別從政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、文化、社會(huì)四個(gè)層面對(duì)中國共產(chǎn)黨生態(tài)文明觀的具體內(nèi)涵進(jìn)行橫向概括總結(jié)。通過將生態(tài)文明觀放到社會(huì)的整體過程當(dāng)中進(jìn)行考察，歸納出其具體特點(diǎn)及未來發(fā)展方向。第五部分：在縱向和橫向考察的基礎(chǔ)上，從指導(dǎo)中國特色社會(huì)主義建設(shè)和豐富中國特色社會(huì)主義理論體系兩方面總結(jié)中國共產(chǎn)黨生態(tài)文明觀的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義和理論貢獻(xiàn)。第六部分：為本文結(jié)語。隨著時(shí)間的推移，中國共產(chǎn)黨的生態(tài)文明觀將不斷地發(fā)展和豐富，生態(tài)文明建設(shè)必將是一個(gè)長期、循序漸進(jìn)的過程�！案锩形闯晒Γ救孕枧Α�，只有這樣才能更好的實(shí)現(xiàn)生態(tài)文明建設(shè)，實(shí)現(xiàn)美麗中國，實(shí)現(xiàn)中華民族的偉大復(fù)興！
[Abstract]:Throughout the history of human development, people in the process of understanding nature, the transformation of nature, created brilliant civilization, experienced the development of primitive civilization, agricultural civilization, industrial civilization. Since 21th century. With the continuous improvement of productivity and production level, the subjective activity of human beings is brought into full play. Start to reflect on the ecological consequences of industrial civilization and the direction of the environment on which human beings live. Between the growing demand for a better environment by the people and the increasingly serious ecological environmental problems. The conflict. Standing at the strategic level of the overall economic and social development, the Communist Party of China is guided by Marxism-Leninism, Mao Zedong's thought and the theory of socialism with Chinese characteristics, proceeding from the fundamental interests of the country and the people. In this way, the Communist Party of China draws lessons from Marxist ecological view, Chinese traditional ecological ethics thought and criticizes and absorbs western environmental protection trend on the basis of putting forward the important strategic thought of constructing socialist ecological civilization. The second part: expound the realistic conditions of the emergence of the ecological civilization view of the Communist Party of China. By examining the Marxist ecological theory, the Chinese traditional ecological ethics thought and the western environmental protection ideological trend. The third part analyzes the ideological sources of the formation of the ecological civilization view of the Communist Party of China. The third part is mainly to systematically comb the ecological civilization thought of the different leading groups of the Communist Party of China in the process of exploring the socialist construction. This paper investigates the formation and development process of the ecological civilization view of the Communist Party of China vertically, and expounds the environmental problem from being paid attention to, formally put forward, and then brought into the planning of "five in one". On the basis of this, the paper discusses the development of the ecological civilization of the Communist Party of China. Summing up the common characteristics of different leaders' thought of ecological civilization, that is, the inherent consistency, is on the basis of continuous innovation and development on the basis of inheritance. Together constitute the ecological civilization of the Communist Party of China. 4th parts: from the political, economic, cultural. The concrete connotation of the ecological civilization view of the Communist Party of China is summarized horizontally from four aspects of society, and the ecological civilization view is investigated in the whole process of the society.
