【摘要】：中國與白俄羅斯兩國自建交以來,雙邊關(guān)系平穩(wěn)發(fā)展。本文采用層次分析法對中白關(guān)系背后的國際體系、地區(qū)體系、民族國家和決策者因素進行分析,從而揭示中白雙邊關(guān)系發(fā)展的原因。未來,為促進中白關(guān)系持續(xù)發(fā)展,雙方需要在政治、經(jīng)濟、旅游、交通、人文等領(lǐng)域不斷拓展共同利益空間。為維護共同利益安全,雙方需要以誠相待,加強互信;始終堅持平等、互利、共贏原則;把政治關(guān)系與經(jīng)濟關(guān)系剝離開,遵循市場規(guī)律開展經(jīng)濟合作;強調(diào)務(wù)實和效率;團結(jié)一致,共同應(yīng)對外部挑戰(zhàn)。
[Abstract]:Chinese and Belarus since the two countries established diplomatic ties, the smooth development of bilateral relations. This paper uses AHP to back China Belarus relations of international system, regional system, nations and decision factors analysis, and reveals the reason for the development of bilateral relations. In the future, to promote sustainable development of bilateral relations, the two sides need to politics. Economy, tourism, transportation, cultural and other fields to expand common interests. To safeguard the common interests of the security, the two sides need to trust each other, strengthen mutual trust; always adhere to equality, mutual benefit and win-win principle; the political and economic relationship peeled off, follow the market rules to carry out economic cooperation; emphasizes pragmatism and efficiency; unite and jointly cope with external challenges.
